We had a great time at the house! The owner was very communicative and the check in process was a breeze. The house had everything you’d want for a stay (except for grill tools! We couldn’t find them). The house was immaculate when we arrived too. Lake was gorgeous so we spent most of our time outside or on the porch!

Well, I filled this out before, but the overall assumption is that it's very nice of you of course is fantastic. We only thing I and I'm not complaining really is I think the upstairs bedroom needs a king bed other than that everything is very nice and very accommodating.

This was our second time staying at this property and it still does not disappoint. The home is very well appointed and set on a great spot of the lake. I am very familiar with Cobbosee lake and you can't go wrong with the lake and this location. While the inside of the home has everything you could need the outside is where you want to be with a great fire pit area, hot tub, lakeside hammock and plenty of room on the lawn for games. The dock is new and big enough to lounge and park your boat for the stay. Will definitely be back.

Everything we could have hoped for.
Loved the fact that the whole property was fenced in. Our dog was free to explore and relax without worry of roaming away.
Beautiful sunsets each night.
Loved the kayaks and the paddle board. Dock was great for our rented fishing boat.
I hope we can make it back someday.

We loved every bit of our stay in Maine this beautiful, good size cabin with hot tub and everything that you would ever want first day. We loved it and we are coming back again for two weeks in August. I recommend this to anyone who wants peace and quiet and beauty with the lobster house, just down the road to get fresh lobsters good location off the beaten path a little bit but not too far like I said, I recommend this to all

We enjoyed our stay and had a wonderful time. Everything was clean and all instructions were clear. Host communication was responsive.
If we are in the area again, we would love to stay there and enjoy the lake again.

This house was spacious and comfortable and had everything we needed for a laid back vacation. So many spaces to sit and enjoy beautiful views of the lake and sunsets. We also enjoyed the kayaks and canoes and visiting the lighthouse. We plan to be back next summer.

Our family enjoyed our stay immensely. The view was fabulous, the home was well cared for and the location was wonderful. The house was well equipped for our thanksgiving dinner. The wood stove was especially rest. We used utveach day and thought it was wonderful.

Fantastic week! The house was clean and offered everything to have fun. The porch was perfect for puzzling and eating dinner when the temperature was nice. The fence was much appreciated not only for keeping our dog in but keeping the neighbor dogs out. Owner and caretaker are highly responsive and the property is well cared for. Nothing bad to say!

I don’t even know where to start with this review we loved our trip so much! From the moment we walked in we felt like we were home. As someone who CANNOT relax and is high strung I can tell you it was one of my favorite vacations (we take about two a year) because of the pure relaxation. We started each day with a fire going in the wood burning stove (firewood provided) and breakfast cooking. From there we either played games, kayaked, laid on the hammock, had a ping pong challenge, sat in the Adirondack chairs or chilled in the hot tub enjoying the amazing view. Then the family worked together each night to create amazing home-cooked meals (in the well stocked kitchen). We traveled into Portland which was only an hour away and enjoyed the famous potato donuts and delicious lobster dinner. Two Lights State Park is a MUST do, it’s absolutely stunning and also an hour away (near Portland). I cannot express how truly wonderful our time was. The ONLY thing I would have changed was the cleaning of the home - we actually cleaned the bathrooms and kitchen prior to using either because they didn’t feel cleaned - the bedrooms and living areas were clean and fresh (the hot tub was also cleaned and perfectly warm and ready to go!). The pillows and blankets were fresh, clean and comfortable. All throw pillows seemed to be new! Many of the basics were there for our use. From paper towels to laundry soap we were pleasantly surprised. We want to thank Greg for the amazing home and experience.

Wonderful quiet place. Our family stayed during the off season with our 2 dogs and largely had the neighborhood to ourselves. The hot tub is great and sunsets on the lake are beautiful.

This is an outstanding property with a very responsive and responsible owner. The property has everything you need to create a memorable vacation experience. We visited with 6 people and 1 dog, and everybody enjoyed their week. Sunsets are wonderful, the hot tub is relaxing, ping pong championships are fun, the kayaks are fun to explore with and the new dock is a big improvement. Also, the new entryway stairs are another big improvement. We made dinners in every night except one and always found everything we needed. We will be back again.

Stayed in winter. Well furnished and equipped. Very cozy living space and kitchen area with a nice wood stove. Stunning views form porch of the frozen Cobbosee Lake. The outdoor hot tub was greatly appreciated and a wonderful place to watch the sun set over the lake.
Greg was reachable via email and a very accommodating owner.
Be cautious on the road through the neighborhood. It is entirely covered in ice and we had a little difficulty getting out after a light snowfall without all wheel drive.

After staring at the same four walls for 6 months, we decided to drive up to see the New England fall and it did not dissapoint! This property has all the comforts of home with views and toys galore. We were very comfortable and honestly just relaxed and enjoyed the sunrise and sunsets. We took the canoe for a spin and found a wonderful picnic spot. The beds and linens were great, kitchen was well appointed, plenty of room to spread out and find outdoor spots for a little R & R. We would definitely return!

Wonderful property to visit anytime of year! The place was warm, spacious, and clean. My husband enjoyed being able to ice fish right out front and I enjoyed the hot tub and snowshoeing. During this time of Covid 19 it was great to see new surroundings.

We had an amazing weekend ice fishing. The house was perfect with a great view of the lake, cozy wood fireplace, and plenty of room for everyone. Jennifer was quick to respond to every question and the house was well cleaned and had everything we needed when we arrived. We loved our winter trip and would love to come back and explore in the summer.

This property is outstanding. The camp itself is outstanding, the yard is fantastic and we never get tired of the great sunsets. The neighbors are a bit loud and the entry into the water was starting to deteriorate while we are there. The owner is fantastic with communication and resolving issues though, so I believe this will be taken care of and he can't do anything about the neighbors. Overall, we've enjoyed our stays very much.

The property and dock/lake area are spectacular. Beautiful views, swimming, kayaking, paddle boarding and boating. The yard was huge, plenty of places for entertaining and relaxing. Everyone had a blast! Lots of little towns nearby and coastal towns only and hour away, Freeport only 40 mins away. Would love to rent again when we’re back that way.

From the moment we arrived everything was what we’d hoped for and so much more. The views are beautiful even on a few rainy days. From the hot tub and ping pong table to the kayaks and canoes, we had lots of opportunities for our large family to enjoy. The well stocked kitchen supplies and linens were greatly appreciated even the thoughtful bathroom soaps. Tyler was super responsive and helpful in providing information about where to launch our boat and get gas on the water. I personally loved all the comfortable seating areas around the property. We hope to come back again to this lakeside paradise.

We had 6 of us plus 2 dogs… it was absolutely perfect. Kitchen was stocked with everything you would need for cooking (pots, pans etc) and plenty of room for all of us. The description of property was 100% accurate. Beds were super comfy and felt like home.
The Sun room was such a bonus on the early morning. So peaceful!! We used the kayaks, paddle boards and fished off the dock, cooking on the grill, the fire pit, ping pong games and hot tub… all while viewing the lake couldn’t have been better.
Greg was super easy to get in contact with and answered any questions we had.
Also… food stores and any supplies all near by, and even the home of “Maine Cabin Masters”! What a bonus find!
We hope to be back again next year… fingers crossed for 2 weeks instead of one!
Highly recommended!!

This place was incredible. I almost didn't want to write a review because I'll risk it being so popular we'll never get to go again! This property is amazing. We went for our honeymoon and took our fur baby. There is SO MUCH room in the house and yard for a big group to hang out. The yard was perfect for our dog who had the time of his life running around off leash. There are 2 entry points to the water (shallow entry and a dock) in case you have a dog that might escape (ours never would), otherwise its 99.9% fenced in. The hot tub was so relaxing - you can watch the sunset right from the hot tub or deck! Lake is beautiful. Water was too cold to take out the kayaks but we'll be back next summer when it's warmer out. Kitchen is well stocked. Layout of the house is great. The hammock was one of my favorite features, I took so many naps! Neighborhood was very peaceful. Owner is super easy to work with. We had NO issues at all and actually want to buy property in this area now :)
Thank you for an incredible location to spend our relaxing honeymoon.

Perfect stay for a relaxing and fun weekend by the lake!

Everything was phenomenal during the 4 nights we were there. The views were so nice and the lake was super quiet and away from any traffic. Greg and Tracy were great communicators. We saw bald eagles and tons of ducks and loons. Weather was cold, rainy and windy but hot tub every night was very relaxing. My son and I caught several bass over 3 lbs and 1 pike over 7 lbs. We would love to come back for a weekend in winter to ice fish and a week during warmer weather.

As advertised, the home is beautiful and right in the lake. It has everything you need for a family vacation, including some amazing old school VHSs. Even going in April, with the weather cold and windy, we were still able to enjoy the hot tub, easy fishing areas, and the beautiful view. Amazing property!

I totally recommend this slice of heaven.

My friend and I rented this place for our husbands for their birthday to ice fish. They were not disappointed. If we had snowmobiles there would have been plenty of space to park trailers in the driveway. The view from the house was beautiful we could spy on the guys and go out to visit if we wanted. Inside was cozy and warm and they froze trying to chase the big catch. We snuggled up with my two kiddos and her two dogs by the wood stove. Even with a negative wind chill outside we were toasty warm. The kitchen has everything you could need to cook with. The bedrooms were separate and private. Plenty of towels for both the shower and the hot tub. Oh, the hot tub! When the guys were done their day of fishing and the kiddos were off to dream land, we all hopped into the hot tub just off the back door and enjoyed some R and R. Even with sub-degree temps, this was awesome. A short drive up the road is Auburn with a grocery store, Target and many other necessities.
Greg was responsive and helpful with resources before the trip. No need came up for us while we were there, but we had clear instructions to contact Tracey if we did. Very thoughtful host! We will certainly go back. Maybe in the summer to experience the warmer weather benefits of Lake Cobbosse.

We loved staying at this property while visiting family in the area. View is beautiful, yard is fenced, property is in excellent condition and very nicely appointed. The kitchen is extremely well equipped, and we were able to make a nice dinner for my sister and her husband one evening. The owner and the property manager were wonderful to work with and responded quickly to our questions before and during our stay. Our two small dogs did well here too, and enjoyed the yard with us.
