Really well

Very good hotel. Staff is really good. Rooms are specious and clean. Beds are comfortable.

Breakfast was a bit simple, the only point of improvement.

Staff was great but location not so much

The staff was exceptionally nice. Very friendly. I did have a number of issues, and they were very accommodating. The room was clean.

My view was over the Newark sanitation department trash hauling lot. Starting early in the morning, there was a lot of noise from the trucks. I didn't like paying for parking and was surprised by that. Both the bar and restaurant were closed due to some issue, and I didn't have a car the first day, so the only solution was to order delivery since there are no restaurants in the area--it's very industrial. There was no business center. My coffee maker was broken.

A huge column in the middle of my room, which I thought was odd on the left side of the bed. Also, at around midnight, there was a white flashing light in my room, which made it hard to go back to sleep.

Did not answer the phone to get shuttle, so had to pay to get Lyft to hotel

Beds were comfy but we only got to sleep in them for 4 hrs since their phones did not work and it took 2 hrs to go the 7 miles to the hotel.

Called hotel at 9:45 pm for a shuttle - no one answered our call for over an hour - we called; booking.com called; Comfort suites customer support called. Had to pay for a Lyft and did not arrive until almost midnight! They have totally denied not answering the phone and have not offered to pay for our Lyft . Horrible! The shuttle is run by the parking company on property - so call them if you get stuck - wish we knew that! And because it is not a hotel shuttle, but a parking lot shuttle, do not go to P4 for a pick up.

Clean, comfortable and convenient.

Close to Newark Airport. The shuttle service was great. Nice buffet breakfast and fantastic view of NYC from the dining room.

The location is quite industrial but it was fine for an overnight stay near the airport.

Convenient for overnight layover at Newark

The shuttle is NOT with the other hotel shuttles! It is terminal C, far left side when walking out of terminal. Hotel is new. Clean and modern. Comfortable bed. One of few airport hotels with restaurant serving until 10pm.

Wasted a lot of time looking for shuttle. Should be clear when booking and should be on confirmation email.

Parking is a movimg target which will significantly raise your nightly cost

Clean facillity, easy checkin, nice rooms

As a regular guest, i have grown tired of dealing with snap parking. On 3 occassions they have attempted to overcharge me, and i have needed to refuse excessive charges, whicb they then 'correct'. The last visit, they attempted to charge me $139.99 fir 2 nights which they then corrected to $39.99. Then at check they tacked on additional $43.00. The hotel will not be any assistance, all they say is "yes we seem to get alot of complaints" fir this reason i will no longer book here on business trips.

Clean but noisy at night.

The hotel is new, staff were friendly and facilities were clean. Breakfast was standard American scrambled eggs, sausage, waffles, coffee and juice. The lounge on the 9th floor has a good view of Manhattan.

The rooms are above a parking lot, which made it very noisy throughout the night, as well as the beds and pillows were not comfortable for someone like me who is a side sleeper.

Should cost less since valet parking is so expensive and inconvenient.

Clean, modern and quiet.

There were no bath towels in my room. I was short on time so I had to us hand towels after showering. Also, the parking is not good. Paid almost $30 and had to wait too long to receive my vehicle.

Provide a Roku remote for the actual TV so persons can log into their Netflix account etc. Most channels provided were boring.

Reasonable room in a poor location and restaurant with poor service.

Bed was comfortable. The room was spacious. Desk help was nice.

The restaurant was not good. The staff was very disorganized, untrained in service except for the bartender. No condiments were provided for burgers. Breakfast was chaotic. Coffee thermos was empty, coffee cups were not available,hot food trays were not filled, pancake dispenser was empty. Staff does not seem to be able to anticipate what guest will need. Milk cartons were being replaced as everything else was empty. Guest were standing around looking at each other in disbelief. You need to train staff. They seem to be trying but don’t seem to have the skills to operate a restaurant independently.

Adequate Accommodations

The room was comfortable and close to the airport.

The hotel restaurant staff were rude. And the front desk staff promise to provide information to me about a local pickup and delivery laundry service but failed to deliver or even tell me that they couldn't.

Disappointing "Airport Hotel"

I liked that it was close to the airport and it was a clean room.

They told me to contact them to confirm the shuttle, even though I gave them my flight information, and told them it would be difficult for me to call them. After getting off a 17 hour flight, they didn't respond to any of my methods of contact (I tried on Booking.com, and I tried calling them on a stranger's phone and they do not have a WhatsApp account despite telling me that is what International guest usually do to contact them). I waited for an hour, and there was no response. I went to three different terminals in search of their stop (their shuttle does not arrive with the other hotel shuttles in P4, and while they gave direction there were no signs indicating their stop in the locations they had instructed me to go to, and they did not say the shuttle came regularly). I ended up taking an airport cab which cost me $50, despite the hotel being five minutes away. When I arrived, they had no bottled water at the hotel. They have no room service after 10:30 PM, which I missed waiting for the response about the shuttle, and despite being an "airport hotel" they had no options to receive the free breakfast if you have an early flight. Overall, I wish I paid more for a better hotel. A local friend told me it would have been better if I stayed at the Hampton Inn.

Bien cómoda y limpia, y agradable

Estaba bien limpio, la habitación estaba muy cómodo y de buen tamaño para dos personas, y servían desayuno en las mañanas.

La única cosa que no me gustó es que las llaves de hotel se han desactivado en 2 ocasiones en las noches cuando llegábamos a nuestra habitación, y tuvimos que bajar al front desk a reclamar.

Wunderschön

Das Zimmer war wunderschön. Und sehr groß. Und wir hatten aus der neunten Etage Blick auf die Skyline. Das Frühstück war sehr gut, sehr abwechslungsreich.

Eigentlich gar nichts, wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Wir sind immer mit dem Uber für 10 $ zum Zug gefahren und dann mit dem Zug rein nach Manhattan. War überhaupt nicht schlimm.

I don’t see reason to come to stay

Was very clean

The first of all it was a problem, shuttle guy. They didn’t come to pick me up 45 minutes. The second one the Internet didn’t work the third one. There was no heat in the room doesn’t work the heat the machine is very noisy.
