Don't stay here if Vacasa is still managing the property. They will do nothing to help.

Initially we liked the location and the overall appearance of the property. It was seemingly clean and it seemd as though we may have been the first to stay there as the coffee pot and other small kitchen appliances still had manufacturing tape on them.

The worst part of this stay was the management, or lack thereof, of and by Vacasa. If I ever see their name associated with ANY PROPERTY on Booking.com or other similar sites, I will NOT rent it. We had maintenance issues that left us with a door that would not lock and a toilet that would not flush leading to sewage back up into the shower basin and no working water as if you ran the water the shower would continue to fill and we were tyring to save the flooring from water damage. I started my calls and texts to Vacasa to report the issue on Friday at 1:30 pm and after numerous texts, phone calls, etc. no one contacted us, no one showed up and at 10:30 pm I went to bed. WE HAD NO TOILET, SHOWER OR WATER! They use AI generated text responses and bottom line, worst customer service experience I have ever had. We had to vacate the home a day early due to these issues. I reached out to ask for a number to contact and got the Chat AI response with absolutely no direct tie into the multiple responses we had previously exchanged and the numerous photos we provided so they could "create a ticket". The Vacasa customer service reps that I called (3 different ones) said they elevated it to their managers, the text folks said they informed their local maintenance teams and would respond, ASAP.....on and on. With not one person ever reaching out to me. But I got several texts from Vacasa trying to sell me late check-out (even though I had already informed them I had to leave early due to the conditions) and then urging me to do a review. I called to talk to them about the issue today and can't get to a person. This was a complete nightmare end to our trip. I know who owns this property and will be reaching out to them directly so that they know that they should consider another property management group because Vacasa is by far, the WORST.
