Bella la camera e la posizione ma la piscina è da evitare.

La camera è molto spazio e curata nei minimi dettagli, letto comodo e climatizzazione perfetta.

La piscina è indecente! Le foto sono state fatte con la giusta prospettiva e rendono molto bene. Purtroppo appena esci al terzo piano ti rendi conto che non è per niente un bel posto. È pieno di corvi neri ( black bird) che rendono la permanenza molto difficile.

Perfect place for city stop or work.

Lovely boutique hotel. Perfect antidote to corporate hotels in Colombo. I liked its simplicity.

Food menu and service needs some improvement but the hotel is also only 6 months into opening so I’m sure this will improve.

Fabulous!

A fabulous new property. The location is great - close to Gallery Cafe. The rooms are large - four poster bed too. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The best bit is the rooftop pool - a great chance to relax and unwind in peace as there are only 10 rooms.

This was a wonderful hotel stay in Colombo! Stylish new place with friendly staff that are so helpful! Massive comfortable clean room. Rooftop pool a great place in morning and sunset. Good value for money. Close to Barefoot. Drink on arrival and also when we were waiting around for our late night flight. So kind!

Could have fridge in room. Rooftop pool could do with some shade in middle of day. Breakfast was ok.

A great boutique hotel with awesome staff.

The most friendly and professional staff in Colombo. New and very clean boutique hotel. Excellent size room and comfortable bed. Very safe. In a non-touristy part of town, and close to stores, shops, restaurants, etc. Rooftop pool is clean and refreshing. Nice on-site restaurant for meals. Would 100% stay there again.

Super friendly and helpful staff who looked after us well on our brief two night stay. Good size room that with two large beds fitted our two young children and my wife and I easily. Made the effort at breakfast to amend what was on the menu to the children’s liking.

Hesitated to turn down the tiny road to the hotel and ended up going around the block. Easy to find once you know where it is.

Amazing

A brand new modern hotel with a rooftop pool overlooking the sea. Everything was wonderful! Details: -comfortable bed, - large beautiful room, - excellent shower. The hotel has an excellent team. Ryan, who works at the front desk, is a very nice young man! Ryan, thank you very much! Your advice and recommendations have helped a lot, and communicating with you has left the most pleasant memories. The restaurant also employs cool guys. I watched them make tea. Such diligence and diligence is just amazing. We had breakfast and lunch at the hotel, everything was very tasty, I recommend it. Thanks to the Dinusha chef and all the guys in the kitchen and bar. Nilusha, thank you too! I am sure that with such employees, the hotel will thrive and succeed. And I really hope that I will return to Sri Lanka, to Colombo and stay in this wonderful hotel again.

Stylish comfortable stay in the middle of the city

We spent our first 3 days in Colombo and had a lovely stay at Traprobane House. It’s a brand new, very stylish hotel with comfortable large rooms and a nice rooftop with swimmingpool. The staff is super friendly. Ryan from the reception had great recommendations and Vinoth served a lovely breakfast with fresh juices, fruits, eggs, and toast. We can highly recommend staying here. Thanks a lot for the lovely stay!

Two thing to improve: the water of the shower was not warm and the rooftop pool can use some umbrellas since it get’s quite hot during these months.

Harsh landing back to reality after two weeks of peace in the jungle

The room was spacious and everything was new, as the hotel just opened. We didn't try the pool. The bed and bedding was comfortable.

The room was very noisy! The hotel is just next to the biggest road in Colombo and there is loud traffic/honking noises non-stop. The windows are single glazing and do not do an adequate job of cutting out the noise. If you're a light sleeper, I recommend to look somewhere else. We requested a second blanket, which wasn't possible.

Amazing!

Brand new hotel. Exceptionally clean hotel and amazing large bedroom. All the staff were very welcoming and helpful. The food was amazing from the restaurant!! 10/10. Nothing can be faulted!

The property and staff are both amazing

The property is amazing. The look of the property is incredibly minimalistic and modern. The roof top pool is the icing on the cake with great views. The staff were amazingly helpful and friendly. The food served in the kitchen was great and reasonably priced.

Fantastisch hotel om enkele nachten te verblijven.

Uiterst vriendelijke en behulpzame receptionist en ander personeel. Zeer ruime kamer met groot bed en prima matras, goede airco, ruime toilet en douche met goede en warme straal. Heerlijk riekende vloeibare zeep en shampoo. Op bovenverdieping was een zwembad met ligbedden. Ontbijt was goed. Dit is verreweg het beste hotel waar we op Sri Lanka in verbleven hebben.
