Towyn Hall is a detached cottage housing a kitchen, dining room, sitting room with woodburning stove, utility and a sun room. Appliances include an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine, and for entertainment there is a TV and WiFi. The bedrooms include a double with en-suite shower, one twin, one bunk, and one king-size. Off-road parking for two cars and an enclosed patio garden with furniture, fire pit and a hot tub. Within 0.7 miles or less there is a shop, pub and beach and please note, two well-behaved pets welcome but sorry, there is no smoking. Fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included in rent. Note: Owner provides a welcome pack which includes tea, coffee, sugar, milk, homemade cake and a bottle of prosecco. There is a two hundred and fifty pound good housekeeping bond for this property. The hot tub water is changed for every new arrival, as required by health and safety, therefore the water may not be fully up to temperature on arrival.

The lovely range of gift shops, tea rooms, restaurants and pubs offer all you need, while boat trips are a wonderful opportunity to spot the playful dolphins, seals and other rare animals and birds that inhabit the bay's sheltering waters. For the hands-on members of your party why not try sailing, kayaking, windsurfing, and power boating with expert tuition available? The famous poet, Dylan Thomas, penned many works with inspiration in New Quay including "Quite Early One Morning" and you can follow the Dylan Thomas trail around the town. Just 7 miles away is Aberaeron, a lively Georgian harbour town with multi-coloured cottages and a good selection of restaurants and inns. This wonderful area of Wales not only has stunning sandy beaches, but also beautiful countryside walks and the outstanding Devil's Bridge is world-renowned for the three bridges, the narrow gauge steam railway and the cascading waterfalls.
