The property has 3 large bedrooms (one is suite) with queen size beds (160x200), 2 bathrooms with an Italian shower and one toilet. Modern and fully equipped American kitchen that includes washing machine and a dryer. Smart TV, WI-FI Internet, 1 rooftop with a small but cosy pool (1,5x1,5m) and one terrace equipped with outdoor furniture including a great WEBER BBQ (electric), Delta Q coffee machine. These are some of the facilities that this unique home has to offer to offer to its guests. Private garage for 1 car with direct access to the property. The maximum number of occupants allowed in any reservation is 6 adults.

Guests have exclusive access to the property. The accommodation is not suitable for meetings or parties of any kind. Rules of the house must always be respected.
