Come together upstairs in light-filled open plan living which flows through to the front deck, comfortably furnished to enjoy an evening drink while overlooking Lake Macquarie. The gourmet kitchen and chic dining area have everything needed to cook and savour meals at home, including a 10-seater table, additional rattan stools at the breakfast bar and a servery through to a second deck, where you'll find another 10-person table that allows for seamless indoor-outdoor dining. From here you can access the grassy backyard and sparkling private pool. Dual living areas provide ample space to unwind. Settle in for casual conversation while enjoying uninterrupted views in the stylish seating area off the kitchen or kick back in the upstairs TV room, equipped with Netflix, pay TV and a gaming console. Central heating and cooling, plus ceiling fans throughout keep temperatures comfortable year-round.
You'll find the stylish primary suite upstairs, offering a king-size bed, walk-in robe and access to the front balcony, plus an ensuite with dual shower heads. Two other bedrooms can be found on this level, one offering a queen bed and the other set with a king bed, with the option of two king singles upon request. These bedrooms share the main bathroom on this level, with two sinks, a glass walk-in shower and a freestanding bath.
Downstairs is self-contained, offering a separate kitchenette and home theatre with a generous couch, beanbags and oversized TV—perfect for cosy movie nights at home with the family. A second suite can be found on this level, set with a queen bed and connected to an ultra-modern ensuite. The fifth bedroom features another king bed, which can be split into king singles upon request, while the main bathroom on this level allows you to freshen up without having to head upstairs.
In-unit laundry on both levels, Wi-Fi throughout and ample parking on the driveway add to your everyday convenience. Travelling with an infant? A high chair and cot can be provided upon request.
