Out back, the warm patio boasts ample seating, and on-site amenities in the neighborhood include public golfing at the country club, a pool, and a fitness center. When you aren't dipping into the pool's turquoise water, check out nearby attractions like Trail Dust Town, the Tucson Botanical Gardens, Brandi Fenton Memorial Park, and the Pima Air & Space Museum.

When you are ready to relax, the comfortable furnishings and open layout inside your stay make it easy. As you lounge on the oversized sofa in the living room and stream your favorite shows, the chef of your group can utilize the stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and center island in the full kitchen. When it's time to eat, gather with your favorite people around the dining table.

Expansive and private, the primary suite boasts a soaking tub, large vanity, and walk-in shower. Rest assured that no one's comfort will go unattended as each of the rooms has soft linens, ceiling fans, and a lovely theme. Central air-conditioning and a private washer/dryer tie together the marvelous list of interior amenities.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Guests can use the on-site amenities for an additional fee.
The owner occasionally lives on-site in the Owner suite (attached to the main home)

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. No more dogs are allowed.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
