About this apartment rental

Stunning lakeside 2 bedroom ground floor apartment with private garden and off street parking. On the edge of Poole Park Lake, this recently refurbished apartment has beautiful lake views and is just a few minutes walk to the sea front and Poole Park.

Furnished in a contemporary style, this light and spacious apartment is located on a quiet cul de sac on the edge of Poole Park and has a wonderful large private garden overlooking the lake. Open plan living/dining area to the front of the property facing the garden and lake with a large sofa, flat screen TV and electric coal effect fire. The well-equipped kitchen has a gas hob, electric fan oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine and Nespresso coffee machine with milk frother. The spacious master bedroom (5ft kingsize double bed) with a large bay window overlooking the lake and garden with a desk,chair and mirrored double wardrobe. Second bedroom (4ft 6in double bed) overlooks the rear garden with a mirrored wardrobe. Family bathroom with a shower over the bath, sink and toilet.

Poole Park is a large area around the lake with beautiful landscaped gardens, lakeside restaurant, children's play area, a fitness trail, tennis courts, water sport centre, crazy golf and miniature steam train. Baiter harbourside (perfect for crabbing) is only a few hundred metres away from the apartment and a short walk from there along the seafront will take you to the vibrant Poole Quayside with a wide selection of restaurants, cafes and pubs. Heading away from the Quay along the seafront will take you to Parkstone Bay Marina where you can enjoy a glass of wine, sample the local seafood and watch the sunset over the bay.

The apartment is also a short walk from the local Dolphin Leisure Centre which boasts a swimming pool, gym and fitness centre as well as the Dolphin Shopping Centre and "The Project" indoor climbing centre.

Parking - There is an allocated parking space for one car to the rear of the property and additional parking (restrictions and charges apply) on the road at the front.

Services - Duvets and linen (including bath and beach towels) provided. Cleaning included. Welcome pack including local tea, coffee, wine and a selection of local products. Central heating. Hairdryer.

Technology - TV and WiFi.

Restrictions - No smoking and no pets.

Same day bookings can be accepted if received before to 6pm (4pm on Sundays) when our office closes. Arrivals out of office hours can be organised if requests are received before 6pm (4pm on Sundays).
