Main entrance hall from the parking area, ground 2nd bedroom (5ft kingsize double), bathroom (Separate shower cubicle). 3rd bedroom (4ft 6in standard double). Stairway leading up to the open plan lounge / dining room, fully fitted kitchen, sliding doors to the rear garden. Stairs to 2nd floor, master bedroom (6ft Super kingsize double), walk in wardrobe, family bathroom (bath with separate shower cubicle, his & hers basins). Top floor room offers a day bed (sleeps 1, plus additional pull out suitable for a child) and a chest of drawers with distant views of the harbour.
Parking - There is one dedicated parking space and further on street parking.
Pets - Well-behaved pets permitted by prior arrangement.
Services - Duvets and linen provided including bath and beach towels. Gas central heating. Hairdryers.
Technology - WIFI. 46in flatscreen TV in the lounge. 24in TV with freeview in the kitchen. 40in wall mounted TV in the top floor lounge. DVD player.
Kitchen - Dishwasher, oven / feature gas hob, fridge, freezer, microwave, washing machine and tumble dryer.
Restrictions - No smoking. Pets permitted by prior arrangement only. Pets are not allowed in the bedrooms.
Same day bookings are not possible in this property.
There is ongoing building works to a development on an adjacent road. There may be some noise during the working day.
