Classic Route 66 motel stay! It was a small place, but staff was friendly and helpful. The room was tiny, but spotless. It was old school with actual room key!

Historical Route 66, classic and vintage street. The street is full of stores and restaurants that are emphasized by RT. 66 theme. The room is clean and is set for sleeping.

It was our first time visiting Williams. I am so glad I chose the Arizona 9 Motor Hotel. Rigo checked us in and he was super friendly. He was readily available for anything we needed and just made our stay that much more amazing. We had a king bed room and the room was clean and spacious. Had a good sized fridge and a microwave perfect for late night snacks and drinks. Only thing I would suggest is outlets near the bed for charging devices and more counter space in the bathroom for us girls! It was the perfect weekend getaway from Phoenix. We definitely will be back!

Staff was great, friendly, great conversations. Nostalgic on the outside, updated on the inside. Not fancy (good thing) and it fits in with the surroundings, almost like a trip to the past. Definitely will stay here again.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay and love Williams. The hotel owners were very friendly and accommodating. The water pressure was fantastic, but the drain could not keep up and we had to call maintenance at 10 o’clock at night. They came to our room quickly and fixed the problem and we were pleased. The motel has been renovated and is really nice. The location was wonderful with the coffee shop across the street. We had a great time and would definitely stay here again!

Nicely restored retro motel in the center of town. The hosts were very nice and welcoming. The bathroom had been cleaned, but not well.

Everything was fine. The Managers/owners were very nice and accommodated an earlier check in as soon as they could. Bed was a bit soft for us. But that’s just personal preference. My only concern was the face cloths. They need replacing. I didn’t feel comfortable using them as they are quite stained and old.

We absolutely love this place! Conveniently located to all that downtown Williams has to offer! Room cooled nicely and the bed was so comfortable. Customer service was great! You definitely get your money's worth at Arizona 9 Motor Hotel!

Our room was exceptionally clean. I loved the crisp, white sheets on the beds. Brandy and Rigo were very friendly and helpful with advice regarding where to shop and eat. I needed ice and Brandy emptied her freezer to keep me from buying some. We needed additional toilet paper and it came quickly. Overall, we were very pleased with the service of the onsite staff!

Just a quick overnight stay during a cross country move. Room was great, quiet, and comfortable. Staff were all exceptionally pleasant. Coffee shop/cafe right across the street with great coffee and pastries. Restaurants within just a block or two.

There was no internet to watch tv, the toilet broke and then they don’t have cold water. I have 2 autistic kids and the lady at the office said bring them outside and she will watch them, lady I don’t know you. They refused to give my money back. Waited over 2 hours for them to get internet and still nothing, no internet no TV.

What a joy to be able to spend time with our whole family in one room--three full beds! Communication with the host was efficient and easy. A nice place to stay right on Route 66!

This property has these thick walls that made it so incredibly quiet. We never encountered any staff of any kind. The key, yes a real key, was in a lock box. Instructions as to our room number, code for the key, and how to leave the room were sent via text. It was a nice mix of old, solid, quiet property, a great location, and a sweet twist of modernity

Beds were horribly hard. Room was stuffy and hard to feel cool in the room unless you were right by the air conditioning unit.

This is an older property that had just been aquired by the current owners. For no longer than they have owned it they have made it very comfortable and clen inside. There is still a lot of work to be done outside but make no mistake the owners are making this a really nice place to stay and they are very friendly go out of their way to make your stay nice. It's right on the main shopping street in Williams and everthing is very walkable. We will certainly go back there in the future.

The website stated Grand Canyon area. It’s 45 miles away and for me round trip. When asking for a refund the hotel said it was ok but Expedia has to decide since the booking was through them. Expedia said no. This is all in less than 2 hours of booking. Terrible service I will never deal with Expedia or this hotel again.

I was surprised to arrive and find a note on the door to call a number to check in. Our room key was in a lock box outside the room. It worked fine. Room was OK. A/C did not keep up well. Had to call because toilet was not flushing properly, but maintenance came really quickly and took care of it. Walls were panelling, not as pictured in advertising, so it felt kind of dark. When we first arrived some people were sitting outside smoking weed. Otherwise all was well. I probably would not stay there again.

Overall this was a good stay and quality for the price. Centrally located in downtown Williams. Walking distance to many restaurants, bars, and shops. We walked to Frontier BBQ that was a few blocks away for dinner. Room is remodeled but shows sign of age in certain areas. It was clean including towels and bedding. Only 2 pillows were given for a king size bed and the bed was on the softer side — the two of us kind of sank into it. Amazingly hot water and it turned hot quickly! Both in the shower and the sink areas. Great mini fridge to keep our leftovers and beverages cold. A/C unit was loud and kicked on/off throughout the night. Bath towels are generously sized!
