Showcasing three exceptional living areas, festivities will no doubt coverge around the central living zone with glamorous stone and stainless-steel kitchen and two walls of sliding glass doors opening to the deluxe covered barbecue area with mounted flat screen television and crystal blue pool set safety behind frameless glass fencing. Conveniently situated beside the alfresco is the snugly children's retreat, where sleepy grommets can watch a movie on the couch as parents enjoy a few vinos under the stars.
Luxury appointed the grand master bedroom boasts a walk-in dressing room with mirror, rain shower ensuite, whilst down a separate hall there is a second bathroom, powder room, three separate bedrooms for eight guests to enjoy this divine peninsula escape in first class comfort.

Safety Beach is one of the best on Mornington Peninsula for guests seeking the perfect beach day. Often regarded as a family beach, this beautiful stretch of coastline has something for everyone.
If you travel with children, you will find more then enough activities and facilities to entertain them. The beach is a popular spot for paddle boarding, sailing, jet skiing, fishing and many other activities. Many people have reported sightings of dolphins, seals and sea eagles when out in the water.
Tassel cove is an extension of safety beach, permits an dog off leash beach haven all year round.
Provincia food store is famous for its Mediterranean groceries and local produce. Inside you can purchase drinks, coffee, ice creams, cured meats and cheeses. Pizza by the bay has the best pizzas on the peninsula and also has fish n chips, pastas and ice cream for all the enjoy.
Safety Beach Medical Doctors opened in 2020 for any unexpected medical needs and there is a well stocked Chemist Warehouse with the friendliest staff.
The Marina is simply stunning. It houses Martha Table… a popular restaurant, bar, cafe, grocer and cellar. There is a gorgeous boardwalk in the marina also.
