I am delighted to present this stylish semi-detached house with a rear garden, offering a perfect choice for families or friends with a comfortable capacity for up to 6 people. The house features a high-tech kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 2 dedicated standing desks with monitors, and a cosy lounge area. Situated on a tranquil street, the house is conveniently located within a 10-minute walk from a supermarket and a train station (just 1 stop to London Bridge).
Welcome to our spacious and stylish 3-bedroom Victorian mid-terrace house, perfect for families or friends, comfortably accommodating up to 6 people. Here's what you can expect during your stay:
- Relax on a comfortable sofa while enjoying the spacious and stylish lounge area, complete with a TV for your entertainment.
-Gather around the beautiful dining area with seating for 6 people, perfect for enjoying meals together.
-The open-plan kitchen is equipped with hi-tech appliances and all the necessary cooking utensils and supplies for your convenience.
-Three bedrooms await you, including 1 king-size and 2 double beds, all set with fresh hotel-quality linen for a restful sleep.
- For those needing to work remotely, we provide 2 standing desks with monitors, ensuring a productive environment.
- Efficient radiators keep the house pleasant during winter, while wooden flooring and underfloor heating provide comfort throughout the year.
- Enjoy fluffy towels and complimentary toiletries in the well-appointed bathroom with a shower.
- The house is professionally cleaned and prepared to hotel standards before your arrival, ensuring a pristine space.
- Convenient free on-street parking is available for your vehicle.

You will have total access to my place so please treat it as your own and respect it. I aim to make each of my guests comfortable by allowing everyone to enjoy my place in its entirety.
-I provide complimentary fresh linen, towels, and toiletries (shower gel, soap, shampoo) for your stay!
-Please note that ADDITIONAL linen costs £30 per pack. Message me if you need it and I will tell you where it is stored or arrange a delivery. For additional cleaning please contact me as well.
-I can accommodate late check-in after 9 pm for a fee of £30.
-Whilst I will not be available in person, I engage the help of a professional management company, so you can be sure that your stay will be flawless!
-Please kindly confirm your arrival time at least 24 hours in advance. If you don't do so, I cannot guarantee your check-in at the requested time.
-Late check-out requested in advance is available at £30 per hour. The latest check-out time is 1 pm.
Unauthorized late check out will be charged £50 per hour.
Smoking is prohibited in the property, the penalty fee is £500.
