- A large private pool and an area for lounging in the sun and shade.
- A fully-equipped kitchen with everything you need to prepare meals at home and an island with 3 stools that provides extra counter space for easy meal prep as well as a laptop-friendly workspace if needed.
- A dining table to comfortably seat 10 for sit-down meals with good conversation!

- This is a fully non-smoking property. It’s prohibited to smoke inside the units and the common areas.
- Noise will not be tolerated between 10 pm and 8 am.
- The pool is open from 8 am to 8 pm.
- There is a gym available at the complex.
- We provide bottled water, high-quality bed linens, bath and beach towels to provide the most comfortable stay.
- Electricity is included in short-term stays (2-27 nights) but not included for long-term rentals of 28 nights or more. In this case, you pay for what you consume based on a $6 MXN (pesos) fee per KW. *Please help us save energy by using the AC wisely and keeping the temperature at 25°C and turning off the AC and lights when you leave the property.
- There is no daily housekeeping but if you need a cleaning service during your stay one can be arranged for a fee, please let us know in advance. This service does not include changing the bed linens or towels. If you would like to add this service, additional fees will apply.
- Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.
- A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.
HOUSE RULES

- No smoking of any kind is allowed on the premises. Smoking tobacco, cannabis or the use of any recreational drugs in the house is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $300 penalty.
- No parties or events are permitted, illegal activity is prohibited and excessive noise won't be tolerated. No loud music is allowed after 10 pm. Please be respectful of the neighbors.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed.
- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages occurred during their stay or cover necessary extra-cleaning charges if such is needed after their stay.
- Renters will be required to provide a government ID upon booking, on the day of checking in, or during their stay for identity verification.
- Please avoid from moving furniture.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Please avoid hanging towels or clothes on the balcony/terrace railings.
- Pool and common area regulations and opening hours have to be respected. The use of musical devices in common areas is prohibited. No glasses, bottles, food or coolers are allowed in the pool, the use of disposable or plastic cups are allowed.
- We ask that you please adhere to the rules of the condo complex during your stay. You’ll be required to acknowledge and sign upon arrival.
