Terrific view, spacious house, clean, nicely furnished, great fire pit, huge kitchen.

This home is beautiful inside and out. The serene setting was a pleasure to take in from every room in the house and access to the water was incredibly convenient. We loved sitting out on the back patio drinking coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the evenings as the sun set.
The bedrooms are very spacious and comfortable. Window coverings have been added to the western facing windows which was nice (I would still recommend adding more because the sun starts to come in around 4:30am. But chose wisely, because you really don't want to block that view.) Additionally, we found the bedding and towels completely acceptable and similar to the quality you would find at a hotel.
We did experience issues with the internet which was not fixed until we were in direct contact with the owner (who had not been made aware from what I understand). The issue was resolved for our last day. The televisions are internet TVs, so without that, we could not watch anything (which was okay for us as we much preferred to enjoy the surrounding outdoors),
A few items future travelers may want to bring as the house did not have them: Hairdryer, Iron/Steamer, and hangers for the closets.
The kitchen was very well stocked with nice quality items.
We did notice that there was not the normal instruction manual to advise when to take the trash out or how to work certain appliances...where to find the propane for the grill, etc. Also the lock/key was testy and not where we were told.

Just the facts...
The house was clean. It appears to be new construction that has not been completed. The sheets were low quality and itchy. Otherwise the beds were comfortable.
There are only a few blinds on the west side of the house. Otherwise there are no curtains or blinds. Step out of the shower upstairs and you are right in front of the windows with no blinds or curtains. The people in the trailer across the street can see directly into the house. We messaged Vacasa about this concern based on previous reviews and were assured the owner had installed window treatments prior to our stay. This was not true.
The internet worked 9 of the 10 days we were there.
The driveway is short and very steep. Pulling out to the busy road in front of the house was dicey at best.
Kayaks on the side of the house did not have seats and no personal floatation devices were provided. Crab pots on the side of the house did not have lines. Unless you want to rig up a pulley system you are forced to launch the boats at the ramp. This is a long walk along the road with no sidewalk. Don't think you will be able to launch from the house.
Water sprays sideways from the bath faucet when the shower is running because the faucet has not been properly installed. In fact, we could only use the shower in the master bedroom because of this issue. Seriously, the plumbing pipe from the wall is exposed by 2 inches so the hole in the wall behind the faucet is exposed.

This is a beautiful home. And the views of the water are stunning. However it is on a busy street. The house has no window dressings. So all the bedrooms and a bathroom have no privacy from the outside.
We arrived and there was no internet access. The company that this VRBO is run through, VACASA was responsive. Since there was no internet, there was no TV either. We were offered $25/night for the inconvenience of no internet, which we felt wasn't really compensatory. We asked for $100/night without internet and TV and they did reimburse us that amount. We did not have internet for the length of our stay. So we got our money back but we didn't really get what we were expecting from this home.

I think this is a new property so maybe some kinks just need to be ironed out. Once that happens, this will be a very nice place to stay. The house is new, beautifully decorated and adorable. It is set up very nice for a couple or a family. It has lovely views out back (except for the trailer and debris still on property). My biggest issue with the house is there are no window treatments. Absolutely zero. In my opinion all bathrooms and bedrooms should have the option to open or close a blind if someone wants to. I felt very uncomfortable in this house in the evenings and we woke up early with the daylight in the mornings. The internet also did not work, which made our stay difficult when my husband had work to get done. I reached out to the management company, they asked me to reboot the router (which I had already done and let them know that) and then nothing. Never heard a word from them since. The towels were also very thin, scratchy and looked used. They seemed washed, but they looked like they were old and have gotten some use. Especially the washcloths. When the washer is spinning on the other side of the master bathroom wall, the wall shakes along with the mirror and the countertop. The front door lock is difficult to turn over (the door just needs to be adjusted) and the keypad is a little temperamental if you don't type in the code fast enough. That being said, with some additional attention to detail this will be a wonderful property to book.
