Alongside the colourful coastline is the picturesque blend of North Devon's Countryside offering spectacular views from the choice of footpaths.

Seahorses has been lovingly restored to accommodate all generations and larger families with the luxury of a one-bedroom annexe which can be integrated into the primary home or divided for privacy, thus providing ground floor accommodation suitable for guests with restricted mobility - to include a feature open-plan kitchen/ dining / living area, double bedrooms and walk-in wet room.
Bedrooms
The inviting master bedroom is situated on the first floor with luxury showcased throughout from the comfortable super-king bed, to the modern en-suite shower room. This bedroom also offers an extensive built-in wardrobe for storage.
Bedroom Two- also located on the first floor offers true charm, twin beds and storage
Bedroom Three is lovely and light- this room includes a small double bed, a single bed, TV and storage
Bedroom Four is situated on the ground floor level in the stylish annexe area - this room includes a double bed, storage and an En-Suite shower room.
Bathrooms
Seahorses offers 3 modern bathrooms showcasing a perfect blend of facilities.
The walk in wet room is situated on the ground floor in the annexe area to include W/C and Basin
The family bathroom is situated on the first floor, alongside the bedrooms. This modern suite includes a bath, separate shower, W/C and basin
The luxury En-suite shower room in the master bedroom offers a shower, W/C, basin and towels rails.
Kitchen / Dining
Seahorses boasts two separate kitchen / dining areas
The larger kitchen and dining area is set in the heart of the primary home, thoughtfully arranged with facilities to cater for larger families to include a large feature dining table with flexible seating for all the family to enjoy dining together.
The kitchen facilities include a large 'Rangemaster' cooker and hob with extractor hood, fridge, freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine
The additional kitchen area is set in the annexe with integrated breakfast bar and stools, perfect for couples. The kitchen facilities include, oven, hob, microwave, fridge and washing machine
Living Areas
Seahorses offers fantastic flexibility to unwind after an action-packed day
At the heart of the home are two feature lounge areas offering a very generous 40ft living space and thoughtfully arranged in their division
Set alongside a feature log burner, the primary lounge area offers warmth and comfort with a selection of comfortable chairs and home-from-home features allowing you to fully embrace the charm of this property. This area benefits from plenty of warmth and light travelling through the glass of the Orangery Style pitched roof and patio doors. This inviting entrance has been recently renovated to offer to showcase a true holiday ambiance.
The second lounge area offers comfortable L-Shaped seating perfectly arranged to unwind whilst appreciating the Grand 70" TV with full Sky package to include sports and movies. Wifi is also strong/reliable and therefore Netflix, Amazon etc await for full cinema-style evenings.
The living area in the annexe is bright and airy with the option to create a true holiday setting by opening the double patio doors to encourage the warmth and light or simply sit back on the comfortable seating and watch the evening ruby skies before unwinding in front of the wall mounted TV.
Both living rooms have underfloor heating, for cosy family gatherings if the evenings are chilly.
Outside
Immerse yourself in the ambience of true holiday spirit in the private enclosed West Facing courtyard area- with thoughtful holiday features on offer from the solid built-in hammock for lounging, to the feature plants arranged around the seating area. This beautiful haven captures the sunlight throughout the day and boasts mesmerising countryside views across to 'Potters Hill.'
To the rear of this area is a private secure storage area for wetsuits, surfboards and bikes, plus there's a very useful Bosch dryer for all those wet beach towels. Here there is also one private parking space, plus visitor's parking vouchers for another car.

Seahorses welcomes well behaved pets on the ground floor of this property -charged at £20 per pet.
Bookings are Saturday to Saturday with short breaks available Saturday to Tuesday or Tuesday to Saturday. Arrival days during the low season can be flexible.

From Barnstaple follow the A361 for Braunton/Ilfracombe. At the main set of traffic lights in Braunton, after (Squires Fish Chip shop), continue straight on for approx five and a half miles until you reach 'Mullacott Cross Roundabout'. Take the first exit left, signposted Woolacombe (B3343). Continue along this main road past the Fortescue Arms for approximately another mile. The property is in the centre of Woolacombe: as you enter Woolacombe, you will notice Brundles apartments on the right hand side, turn immediately left, beside Tides Inn/Bar Electric. Continue past the shops in Woolacombe continue straight ahead at the chemist junction then when you reach the bottom of the road follow it round to the left (past the Woolacombe Bay hotel). You need to take the small lane behinf the woolacombe bay hotel (Frog lane) to access the rear of the property. The off road parking space for Seahorses is the second on the leftt (you will see the parking space next to the shed, there will be bins with 3RT on and the gate has 'Little Seascape' on). Once parked go thorough the gate with Little Seascapes on (this gate can be tight so one you have lifted leaver give it a good push). You will find the key safe by the back door (code below).
If you have a second car there will be a permits inside the house for you, once you have retreived it you can display this in your second car which is to be parked on the road to the front of the property on Rosalie Terrace. You will need one permit each day will need to use the scratch boxes to each day.
Please note linen towels are included in this booking.
