My boss, myself and another work associate liked the place. It worked out perfect for our work trip. Place was clean and we liked the space. We did have a heavy cooler and a bit of luggage since it was a stay for a work expo. So future guests are aware there was stairs once inside the place to get to the upper section which had the kitchen, living room, and 2 bedrooms and 1 shared bath upstairs. Downstairs was 1 bedroom with a bath and its located by the front door and garage door. I slept with music to drown out the airplane sounds since this house was a few miles from the airport. We liked that there was a 2 car garage. We had a huge 15 foot van as well so that had to be parked on the street. In front of the place was parking only on 1 side. The other side was some kind of business and you could only park from late at night to like 6 am. So parking could be a little hard if you have more than the 2 cars. Overall our stay was perfect for what was needed for us which was for work.
