Our modern and recently refurbished one bedroom flat, in a residence with elevator and shared swimming pool, at only 130m from the beach, is ideal for up to 5 guests. Here you'll find a bedroom with a double bed and a bunk bed, a living room with a double sofa bed, an equipped kitchen with microwave, a full bathroom with shower box and washing machine and a splendid seaview terrace. A/C at an extra weekly cost.
-Check-in: 16:00-18:00 (until 19:00 in the high season).

°Excluded - Mandatory:
-Security deposit: 200eur will be collected only in cash at the check-in. The security deposit will be returned at the check-out after the accommodation inspection.
-City tax upon arrival in cash: to be paid upon arrival in cash. The exact amount will be communicated upon arrival.
°Excluded - Optional: all extras are not mandatory. If you choose to purchase them, they are to be paid upon arrival at the agency and they are subject to availability:
-A/C (if available): 50eur per week
-Pets allowed on request: no cats allowed, only dogs. From 50eur to 80eur per pet per week, depending on the size of the dog:
°small: up to 6 kg > 50eur per pet, per week
°medium: up to 14 Kg > 70eur per pet, per week
°large: above 14 Kg > 80eur per pet, per week
No linens and towels provided.
The swimming pool is open seasonally (from mid June to early September). The exact opening and closing dates may vary between the different residences and depend on the weather conditions. Beahost Rentals cannot be held responsible for closures due to major reasons or for maintenance services, according to the law. The use of the pool cap is mandatory.
Porto Santa Margherita is a wonderful and renowned seaside destination in Veneto, near Caorle, North of Venice.
