Private Cove is a brand new lakefront home with amazing views on the Private Side of Lake Anna. You will love our large peaceful waterfront lot with a private sandy beach, and large dock. Have fun in the lake using the complimentary kayaks, paddle boards, and water toys. Take in the gorgeous blue lake water views while relaxing beside our outdoor fire pit, on the furnished screened in deck, or through the large windows.

You will love the nearly 200 feet of waterfront shoreline with a gently sloped naturally sandy bottom, warm freshwater, a private beach, a nearby quiet cove, and a nice dock. We provide lots of water toys including kayaks and paddle boards. Enjoy the panoramic blue water lake views from the large dock, atop of our deck with a screened in room, or from the comfort of inside the home through many of the large windows. Roast some delicious s'mores outside using our outdoor fire pit, or have a BBQ using our grill. Inside, this expansive home has plenty of space for everyone with 7 bedrooms and 6.5 bathrooms, an open floor plan and multiple living areas. Relax in the spacious main great room with water views through the huge bright windows, large French doors, a gas fireplace, and 4K Smart TV. Hang out in the huge lower level game room and play shuffleboard, watch a movie from our cozy large sectional couch, or have fun playing family appropriate games. This is one of the few homes at Lake Anna with High Speed Internet and a dedicated workspace, so you could work remotely if necessary. Alternatively, you could use the High Speed Internet and Free Wi-Fi network throughout the home to enjoy your time off and stream your favorite shows while you FaceTime everyone!

The main floor has an open floor plan with a great room and adjacent large kitchen, pantry, dining room, spacious office, and In-Law Suite (Queen bed). The upper level has a loft area and laundry room, and 4 additional bedrooms including 3 nice sized Suites (Queen beds), and 1 huge Primary Suite with water views, a King Bed, 2 large walk-in closets, and an extra large bathroom with a dual vanity and shower! The lower level has the game room, a full bathroom, and 2 more bedrooms including the bunk room.

You have full access to our entire house, our property, and the community common area. Please let us know if you plan to rent a motorized watercraft like a Boat or Jet Ski, because we have some recommendations and helpful advice.

Our fully equipped home is ready to go with a spacious gourmet kitchen that easily accommodates a large group or entire family with lots of countertop space, a pantry, new stainless steel appliances, and all the tools you need to make your own world famous super secret recipe. Outdoor enthusiasts will enjoy our plentiful outdoor spaces, and dock, deck, porch, and grill. We have all kinds of fun activities including water toys, a fire pit, smart TV's, board games, books, and an assortment of toys. If you want to use a Boat or Jet Ski during your stay, you have access to a nearby boat ramp and our private slip. We also offer everything you would need for an extended stay including a washer & dryer.
