The first floor is an outdoor entertainers delight as alfresco cooking is a breeze in the fully equipped outdoor kitchen. With multiple seating areas on the patio and around the pool, there is plenty of space to watch sporting events or listen to music through the Sonos sound system. In addition, there is an enormous yard for games and a BBQ area, perfect for s'mores around the firepit. A fun garage game room downstairs a ping pong table and foosball table.
