A group of us wanted to get away on a little “Retreat”. We had a wonderful time! This place is beautiful and very relaxing. The host Erin, was also wonderful! She explained all of the amenities and made sure that everything was ready for us so that our stay was perfect!

We really enjoyed our week on Little Magothy. The pool, kayaks, and pickleball are great amenities. You are close to DC, Baltimore, and Annapolis. There is a grocery store just down the block or Walmart will deliver. I would definitely recommend this property.

Our family had a wonderful stay at Turning Point on the Little Magothy. We are 10 adults, 5 children and 1 infant. The accommodations were pretty perfect for a group our size. The bedrooms in the main house were well suited to our needs. The bunkroom proved to be a great space for the kids. We utilized the King-sized pullout in the pool house for extra room and privacy. We cooked the majority of our meals in the kitchen and found it to be very well-stocked. Any kind of pot or pan or serving ware was supplied. The large table accommodated all of us for our meals and the adjacent living room provided comfortable seating and gathering space for all. The pool and surrounding area were voted most important amenity for our week though the pickleball court came in a close second. We would definitely rent again as Turning Point on the Little Magothy feels like it would adequately accommodate our growing family. Thank you to our hosts and to Erin for being responsive to any questions we had about the property.

Turning Point on the Little Magothy was perfect for our family weekend! We’re local, but we wanted a place with a pool to come together with my siblings, their spouses and their kids, and this was great! Every couple had their own bedroom with a king bed, which was awesome! The kids had their own twin bunk beds, which they loved. There was enough space for the 12 of us to have dinner together at the dining table, and to hang out in the living room. The home was beautiful, and we were very happy to learn that the pictures of the house were accurate depictions of the home. The pool and pool house were perfect and the tree house was a big hit for both the kids and adults! There were good restaurants and a grocery store about a mile away, and the main shopping in Annapolis was a short drive away. Erin, the property manager, was super responsive and helpful! She made check in easy and was responsive to our questions during our stay. We had a wonderful stay and would happily stay here again!

Overall the home is beautiful. There is a gorgeous mostly well stocked kitchen and 3 bedrooms with beds for couples. One of the king beds listed is a pull out couch in the pool house. The biggest con of this place is that there are no blackout curtains or anything to block the sun in the bedroom so for our June visit the rooms were very bright at 5:45AM. We also had to go out and buy some of our own things that you'd think would be included (garbage bags). Other than that its a beautiful home with a beautiful pool.

The property was beautiful. The property manager was available for any inquiries we had. My family and I enjoyed it immensely. The view of the water was wonderful whether sitting on the dock or sitting in the sunroom. We played indoor and outdoor games. Perfect place for family bonding. The weather was perfect for our stay.

The views are gorgeous and the property is located in a very peaceful neighborhood. The property has amazing amount space to accommodate our large family. We enjoyed eating on the patio, swimming in the pool, kayaking and playing pickle ball. We hope to come back just to vacation here!

Wonderful place to stay and Erin was great. Asked about a Grill on the property and the next day we had a grill. The young adults loved the pool and water activities while the older adults enjoyed sitting on the docks watching the sunrise with a cuppa coffee. Would highly recommend this property.

My rugby team traveled down for a competition. Erin met us there walked us around the property and gave us great recommendations for food in the area. She was an amazing manager, always answering questions and getting us anything we needed. The property was beautiful and fit our entire team comfortably. The large slace and outdoor activity allowed for a lot of team building and we had a blast llaying pickle ball and basketball with each other. We wish we coukd have spent more time there.

The host Erin, met us on arrival and gave us a tour so we were familiar with the house and the rest of the property. The first thing we saw when we walked into this gorgeous house is the view of the water. The house is newly renovated and everything is brand new and beautiful. The beds were super comfortable as well. There was more than enough space in the house for sleeping and the open floor plan made it easy for everyone to hang out together inside. Theres also ample parking spots in the driveway so we didn’t have to worry about taking to many cars. We couldn’t find a few things we needed to cook (whisk, etc.) so we contacted Erin and she got what we needed and dropped it off very quickly. All around great experience, cant wait to come back with my boat over the summer so we can use the dock and the pool!
