Welcome to Rising Sun!. This unique gem has the best of both worlds. Although quiet and relaxing, Rising Sun is steps away from the beautiful white sands of the beach for those magical sunsets and two blocks to the intercoastal for your morning sunsire. Hence the name Rising Sun. The condo is also walking distance to practically everything in town including many great restaurants, bars, shops, activities, the marina which offers local cruises and many other water activities, pier 60, night life and an abundance of activities for the kids.

Rising Sun has 2 BR 1.5 BA, king bed, queen bed, and a sleeper sofa (sleeps 6). The condo is located on the first floor (so no stairs). The full size private washer/dryer is in the unit. Your vacation rental is fully furnished and has a fully equipped kitchen. Beach Landing 105 has been recently painted and renovated with new, very comfortable furniture and comfy beds. Something extra... enjoy the private storage area exclusively for my guests. In the storage area are beach chairs, a beach wagon and beach toys. Parking is free on site. There is a wonderful park just across the street for the children . You will receive two passes, per guest, to the Clearwater Beach Family Aquatic Center just a block away. The pool and childrens water play area is fantastic! Open from March-October. The beaches are pristine and there are so many activities to chose from! The restaurants, shops and beaches all within walking distance from the condo. You can rent cabanas on the beach, kayaks, mopeds, Segways, parasailing, fishing tours, jet, skis, cruises, dolphin watching tours or swim with the manatee to name a few. Wonderful Pier 60 is a short walk away.

The location is great, just a block and a half from the beach and within easy walking distance of lots of shops and restaurants.The storage closet has everything you could need to spend the day on the beach- wagon, umbrella, chairs, toys for kids, cooler. Our only issue was that my friend and I both left others at home and the only way to access the TV service was to log them out to sign in to our streaming service. I would still stay there again.

Nice and clean, in my opinion is great for a group of 4, larger than that once you pull out the sofa bed there’s not enough room to move around, but you can walk to the beach and atracción.

This cute and cozy condo was located just 1 block from the beach and included many beach day necessities such as an umbrella, chairs, wagon, etc. So many restaurants in walking distance which helped not having to pay to park anywhere. The place was spotless clean and the fully equipped kitchen is what sealed the deal for my family and I. We will definitely be back!

Our family of four had a wonderful trip! The location of the condo is perfect - just a few steps from the beach, a community pool, and lots of restaurants and shopping. The condo was clean, the beds were comfortable, and we really appreciated the storage room stocked with beach chairs, toys, umbrella and a wagon to haul it all. I also really appreciated how there were already supplies such as toilet paper, Kleenex and dish soap so we didn’t have to purchase. Tammy was very communicative and even supplied passes for the community pool when we inquired about it. Would definitely stay here again!!!

Excellent location. Pristine beach and fantastic restaurant (palm pavilion) literally across the street. This house had floaties, beach umbrella and a wagon to take to the beach. Super comfy beds. Ac worked great. Fluffy new towels! Very quiet and safe. Owner was amazingly accommodating to our numerous special requests. Tammy is a treasure!!! We will definitely book this condo again!!!!

Tammy is a gem, and her condo is in a great spot. My family and I very much enjoyed our stay, and we hope to come again. My knock on cleanliness is that the bath tub is very old and chipped. There was a drainage issue when we arrived, which Tammy resolved the next day by sending out her maintenance guy. I gave Tammy other suggestions for improvement, which she said she would tackle. I appreciate her interest in hearing that feedback. She was apologetic about the inconvenience of the drainage issue, and she more than made up for it. We had easy parking. The playground across the street, community pool with slides and water features down the street, beach a few minutes walk away, and shops and restaurants in walking distance are priceless—especially with a toddler to entertain.

We arrived a bit early and contacted the owner, she responded promptly. The condo was close to the beach and restaurants as noted. It was perfect for the time we stayed. Kudos to the owner for having Kleenex on top of the other things that were needed. Most places we’ve rented didn’t. It’s the little things that count. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Loved staying at your property my only suggestion is the beach furniture is very moldy except for one white chair with red & navy stripes which we did use. I feel that if the furniture was usable that would be a plus for families because they wouldn’t have to rent on the beach. AC works great, beds are comfy, short walk to the beach & great restaurants everything one could ask for!

Loved the stay at this condo! 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, good kitchen to cook in, laundry, storage locker with chairs etc. for the beach! Beach super easy to get to and wonderfully wide and clean. Bars a block away for our evening cocktails with very friendly staff. I happened to forget my book but there were a few at the condo to read that were just what I needed. :) Owner was very responsive and cared about our experience. We will definitely stay here again!

This place was clean and it had all of the amenities listed and it was very comfortable and well organized. The beach was a few minutes walk away and a nice park across the street usually had small children playing and people walking dogs. The owner always responded quickly from any of my questions. We would definitely stay again as any stores and/restaurants were in walking distance within friendly neighborhood. Great stay!!

We really enjoyed our stay. The host was in constant communication and made sure we had everything we needed. Even checked on us when there was a storm passing through. Place was cleaned and just as described. 3min or so walk to the beach. Restaurants and shops were nearby. Parking space may not be available at times but they have a cone in the outside closet with the condo # on it. Every time we had to go out and take the car, we just placed the cone on our parking spot to reserve it; it worked great. Highly recommended and will definitely return. Thanks

Place was very nice! Location was not where we expected, maybe mislead or miscommunication a little. But the condo was very nice and roomy for my family, we was walking distance to a few bars, stores, etc. but no directly downtown close to all your beach shopping. Tammy was very nice and helpful, I would definitely recommend.

Wow! We absolutely loved staying here! I have 2 kids (4 and 7) who don’t travel often. We had never been to the beach as a family and this seemed to be a good fit- man was it! Location is perfect! Roomy- we had plenty of space! It was a super short walk to the beach and many restaurants! Totally recommend and will stay again! Thanks Tammy!!

We loved this place, especially the location. Tammy would answer any emails immediately, which helped us plenty when we locked ourselves out, lol. The only reason I didn't give all excellents is because the listing said 3 beds, when there are only 2 beds. The 3rd bed I believe is suppose to be the pull out sofa. Also it lists that there are 2 full baths, when it's only 1 1/2. The place was very clean. Again, nothing major but there was still some food on the floor under the chairs ( exposed when you swiveled them) and a glob of hair in the tub. Otherwise all very good! We would definitely recommend this place and return for another vacation!

We had an amazing stay at Tammy’s place! The location could not have been better, there are plenty of beach supplies, washer/dryer was a huge bonus and the place was very comfortable.
