About this house rental
The approx. 60 sqm non-smoking holiday home, which was completely renovated and extended between 2021 and 2022, is centrally heated, has insect screens on the windows and is spread over two floors. On the ground floor there is a spacious kitchen-living room (sofa bed - extra bed for 1 person, dining table, oven, ceramic hob, fridge with freezer, microwave, dishwasher, various small kitchen appliances) and the modern bathroom (walk-in shower, WC, hairdryer). On the upper floor there are two bedrooms (1 x double bed, 1 x single bed). There is also a car park: Car park, furnished seating area in the garden, barbecue, bicycle storage, W-LAN and a high chair on request.
The total price includes final cleaning, bed linen, towels, water and electricity. To be paid on site: Tourist tax. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this property.
The state-recognised spa town of Waren (Müritz) is located in charming surroundings directly on the lake of the same name, the largest inland lake in Germany. It is also the tourist centre of the Mecklenburg Lake District and attractions include the historic old town, the harbour with its passenger boat service, adjoining promenade and numerous catering establishments as well as the Müritzeum, a nature discovery centre with a huge freshwater aquarium and exhibitions on the flora and fauna of the lake district. Waren is the gateway to the Müritz National Park, which can be easily explored via the well-developed network of cycle paths (also in combination with the passenger boat service). Motorway access approx. 25 km.
