Just a few minutes' walk from Waren harbor with its promenade, restaurants, cafés and steamboat landing stage, two bright and comfortably furnished vacation apartments are located in a house newly built in 2017 in a quiet residential area. The old town of Waren (Müritz) and the entrance to the Müritz National Park are also not far away. The two approx. 77 square meter apartments for up to 4 adults and a small child (please bring your own crib) are located on the ground and second floor of the centrally heated house (living room, bathroom with underfloor heating). They are equipped with a living room (upholstered seating area, flat-screen TV, radio), open kitchen with dining area (electric stove with oven, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher), two bedrooms (1 x double bed, 1 x rollaway bed), a spacious bathroom (shower/WC, washing machine, towel dryer, hairdryer) and a balcony (for this upper floor apartment). WLAN is available. In addition, one parking space (carport) per apartment and a lockable storage room are available free of charge. Further parking spaces for a fee. A wallbox (charging station for electric vehicles) is also available. Consumption is billed on site. The total price includes final cleaning, water and energy consumption, bed linen and towels. To be paid on site: Tourist tax, additional parking space (if required) 5 EUR/day. One dog is allowed in this property. The state-approved spa town of Waren (Müritz) is located in a charming setting directly on the lake of the same name, the largest inland lake in Germany. It is also the tourist center of the Mecklenburg Lake District. Attractions include the historic old town, the harbor with its passenger boat service, adjacent promenade and numerous restaurants, as well as the Müritzeum, a nature discovery center with a huge freshwater aquarium and exhibitions on the flora and fauna of the lake district. The town also has open-air swimming pools, boat and bike hire, a surfing and sailing school and many shopping facilities. Waren is the gateway to the Müritz National Park, which can be easily explored via the well-developed network of cycle paths.
