Open and bright, updated and clean, the living space is all on 1 level, with the washer and dryer in the unfinished basement. Three good size bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, one with a walk-in shower and the other with a tub/shower combination. Large master bedroom equipped with a king size bed, walk-in closet, large Smart TV and an ensuite shared bathroom. Second bedroom shares the master bath and is equipped with a full size bed and large closet space. Large third bedroom has a queen size bed and large closet and a full size bath across the hallway. Fully stocked kitchen with door to the backyard and entertaining area, with a grill, seating for 6, and a fire pit. Also, partially fenced yard for your pups to run and play. Also, you have access to a one-car garage and a carport. Keyless entry.
Less than 5 minutes to west side shopping and restaurants. Centrally located to all the Black Hills has to offer! Ten minutes from downtown, 30 minutes from Mount Rushmore/Crazy Horse, 45 minutes to Deadwood/Spearfish Canyon, 30 minutes to Hill City, Keystone and the 1880 Train.
