The living areas in the property consist of an open-plan living space with kitchen equipped with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, washing machine, slimline dishwasher and coffee machine, a dining area with seating for six and a sitting area with Smart TV and coal fire. The bedrooms consist of a double with TV and en-suite shower room and two twins, one with a TV, along with a bathroom. Outside there is a private wraparound decking with furniture, as well as off-road parking for one car. Within 2.1 miles you will find a shop and within 0.1 miles, a pub and please note that this is a pet-free and non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Meadow View 27 is a lovely base from which to explore all that Devon has to offer. Note: No stag, hen, or similar parties.
