The wooden, wrap around deck is a great place to enjoy a morning coffee while overlooking the water. The north westerly exposure provides an unimpeded view of stunning sunsets (see photos).

ABOUT THE LAKE:
Graham Lake is a shallow lake (2-4m deep) that provides great fishing opportunities (large & smallmouth bass, pike, bluegill, yellow perch, crappie, etc.). The calm water is great for kayaking or an adventure in the covered peddle boat. In winter, the lake will freeze over early and present the opportunity to skate or go ice fishing. There is a public dock located at the west side of the lake, so feel free to bring your boat or jet ski(s). There is plenty of parking at the cottage for your trailer and a dock to tie up to.

Amazing spot Everything was fantastic
5.0 / 5.0
This house is beautiful, well equipped, clean, right in front of a lake, kayaks and boats to have fun. You just need to know the house is inside a community where people have their own trailers to spend time during summer, which means it's all private property. They don't want you to walk around and are very particular about you respecting the speed and area limits. If you want to do something outside the area of the house you gotta take your car, leave the community and find things to do outside like trails, go to Brockville, etc. For us that was not a problem as it was a weekend, and the house and lake are so nice that we didn't mind. Also, the owner is very kind and attentive. We had a great time there.

Right by the water, very spacious and very clean. Had 7 people sleep over. Although in the middle of a camp ground, it was very quiet and peaceful with lots to do.

The home was very nice and well suited for our family with 4 teenage kids. Shane was very hospitable. We enjoyed the lake setting and being able to use the kayaks was great. I only wish we could have spent more nights there!

We had a lovely stay in this cottage! The host and his son are beyond kind and thoughtful, the cottage was beautiful and the lake was easy to enjoy with the dock, kayak and peddle boat. The fishing was fun, the property was well maintained and beautiful and the host provided numerous items like pots, pans, utensils, plates, etc. that just made the stay easier.
I really have no complaints, you will enjoy your stay here!

Best place we've stayed so far from Toronto to Montreal. Lots of fishing for kids, use worms and you will get a bite within 5 seconds from the dock. Great place to remember for us. Will come back again.
Thanks, Shane!

We felt extremely welcome, and the communication with the host was very clear and positive. The cottage is spacious and very nice, with a beautiful lake view. The nearby campground is very quiet, so even if it is close, you don't notice. We enjoyed the available kayaks and peddle boat, as well as the terrace outside the house. We'd come back anyday and highly recpmmend this cottage.

Our grandchildren enjoyed the property!

Extremely clean and spacious cottage with a great layout and view of the lake. The cotrage has everything you need. You can view over a 1000 channels on the TV or use the kayaks or peddle boat on the lake, or take a dip, or play a game or 2 on the massive lawns. There are many restaurants and other hustoric sites to visit in Brockville, which is a mere 20 mins away. The host was a delight to meet. My family and I would definitely visit again.

Nice and clean and modern cottage with a wonderful view.
Great room was huge and accommodating for a large group . Beds were very comfortable. Kayak and paddleboat were fun for kids and adults . Our stay was short and quick, just passing thru but certainly worth a longer stay.
4.0 / 5.0
Peaceful and rejuvenating. The only downside was being surrounded by a campground. However they were not disturbing.
There was lack of closet space for clothes, that can be fixed with a small wardrobe in each room.
Would definitely do this again, except my stay would be longer

My friends and I had a great stay! The hosts were absolutely amazing and understanding. They were able to accommodate several last minute changes and requests for my group. We have nothing negative to say about our stay. Well stocked cottage and very clean. We will definitely be booking again in the future!
