Upon entering the villa, you will look straight down the bay and beyond to the ocean and the surrounding islands, with the main living room opening directly on to a sheltered terrace overlooking the infinity pool and the sea views beyond.
Designed with meticulous attention to detail, and extensively and sympathetically renovated, this villa seamlessly blends traditional charm with contemporary elegance.
The main living space is characterised by light and space, with an open plan living room providing an airy expanse which complements the terraces and views beyond, leading on to a classically designed kitchen and dining area which maximizes space while maintaining a minimalistic and functional aesthetic.
The villa comprises four double bedrooms, each with their own ensuite bathroom. The two master bedrooms offer breath-taking views of Sivota bay, complemented by a spacious outdoor terrace where you can bask in the beauty of the surroundings. The remaining two bedrooms provide either direct access to the pool area or a peaceful retreat for utmost relaxation.
A further extra-large partially subterranean room provides a perfect cool space for a gym or cinema room, complete with pre-installed cabling for seamless entertainment.
The external areas of the villa are truly exceptional, featuring an inviting atrium shaded by a wooden beamed pergola, creating the perfect setting for al fresco lounging and dining. Impeccably landscaped mature gardens surround the property, providing a feeling of complete tranquillity and privacy as well as shelter, but without compromising the exceptional views, and an infinity pool provides the ultimate framing for the sea beyond. Beyond the infinity pool is a series of rustic terraces and olive trees, marrying the contemporary aspects of the villa with the ancient landscape around it. Relax and unwind in the shaded lounging area, or take a refreshing dip in the private pool, elevated above the village for an unparalleled sense of serenity.
The village of Sivota itself is a short (5 minute) walk away, truly a unique proposition for a villa with such exceptional views and aspect.
