This home is the perfect getaway and has never been available for rental before.
Situated on a corner lot in a quiet neighborhood, you'll love the large private fenced in patio with dining table, BBQ grill and large seating area with outdoor sofas and chairs to enjoy your coffee in the morning or cocktails after the beach. You'll also enjoy the views from the covered front porch of the Belmar Marina and Shark River.
The home has plenty of sleeping options with two bedrooms (one queen, two twins) with a bonus third room which has a full size sleeping futon - and, the living room has a full size sleeper sofa. All linens (sheets, towels) provided.
Private driveway parking fits up to two cars with additional on-street overnight parking.
Washer and dryer in the basement for guest use free of charge. Detergent and dryer sheets provided.
Fios high speed internet included.
Conveniently located to all the NJ Shore offers - a 5 minute Uber ride to Asbury Park and the Stone Pony, 2 walkable blocks to the NJ Transit Belmar station, and 7 blocks to Boardwalk Beach and D'Jais.
Plus, It's quiet at night so you'll sleep peacefully.
