This travel trailer features 2 large bunks, a convertible dinette, a sizable three-seat convertible couch and a very spacious king size bed. The king bedroom (with door) is located at the front opposite the two large private bunks at the back of the trailer. With one LARGE slide, this trailer provides space in the center for the full kitchen and living room, complete with a 50" smart TV. The kitchen is fully loaded with cookware, plates, silverware, coffee maker/cups and much more! There is plenty of space for your dry goods and not so dry goods with a large fridge and pantry. Enjoy the luxury of glamping as this trailer features a full bathroom equipped with a sizable shower and private outdoor entryway. Worried about storage space for multiple tenants? Don't!! Enjoy plenty of storage space (including the fun hidden shelves behind the TV and fireplace) and rest assure that there will be plenty of room for everyone's belongings. Being in nature is why we come to this site, right? Entertain outdoors knowing the large awning provides plenty of shelter rain or shine!! There's nothing better than cooking breakfast, hamburgers and/or steak on the outdoor convertible griddle/grill. The outdoor kitchen is also equipped with a fridge for food and beverages. Jam out using the easy-to-use bluetooth indoor/outdoor speakers by scanning the QR code next to the TV! Time for the rules! Now these ones aren't meant to be broken... We want your trip to be fun and safe!! So please read thoroughly -Most importantly, we are dog friendly! We know how important it is for us to travel with our fur babies and want you to do the same! We just ask that you understand how important it is to be responsible dog parents and make sure that the couch is covered with the provided blanket if the (small) dogs want on the couch. We ask that large dogs stay off to avoid damage. Please clean up after these little angels as they are unable to do it themselves. Any excess mess will reflect in the extra cleaning fee charge. -Absolutely no festivals!! - We have a very strict NO SMOKING policy!!! If there is any evidence that there was smoking inside the trailer, we will take the entire deposit! - Active use of the awning is permitted. Just be sure to bring it back in when you leave and when it gets windy. Keeping it up in the rain is fine as long as you tilt it to one side using the adjustments on each side (will go over in the walkthrough). -Going on the roof IS NOT permitted as we want you and the sensitive roofing materials to stay undamaged. -If you are looking to pick the trailer up, please make sure to dump all waste water and sewage water (black tank first, grey tank second). Bringing the tanks back full may result in a dumping fee (will be taken out of security deposit). If you do not want to deal with the tanks, just add the waste disposal option and we will do it for you!! Disposal of all tanks IS included if we deliver (part of delivery fee). -Refill propane taks. -Please keep the trailer clean and treat it as if it were your own. If it is in an excessively dirty state, an additional cleaning fee will be applied. Trailers can be confusing sometimes so we will make sure we do a walkthrough upon delivery to make sure that you know the ins and outs! And of course, we will be available through the entirety of your stay via phone to make sure that we can answer any questions you might have. Providing the essentials and more is important to us to make sure that you don't have to pack much!! And if you want us to take one more thing off your plate, we can stock your fridge and pantry for you! Just place a curb-side order at OUR local Kroger or Walmart and we will be sure to stock it for you!
