Deck with lounge-furniture. Boathouse with 3 boat slips, 2 in boathouse, one outside (covered boat-port). Featuring a lovely sun deck from the upper boathouse with lounge furniture. Small picturesque bridge connects the main cottage and boathouse.

GREAT ROOM
This Great Room is a fantastic spot to relax with it's 2 sided decorative fireplace. There is a large area with sitting for 8, and a smaller intimate sitting area for two on the other side of the double sided decorative fireplace. In addition, there is a reception room off the front door that includes a baby grand piano. All of these areas have walk out access to a deck that runs the length of the front of the cottage.
