About this house rental
Puffin Cottage Holidays is proud to present Comfrey Cottage in Saundersfoot. This quaint three bedroom property comfortably sleeps up to seven people, only a short walk from Saundersfoot village and its beautiful beaches. Comfrey Cottage is cosy and inviting allowing you to instantly relax into your coastal home from home.
Saundersfoot is a wonderful, friendly seaside village, continuously developing to benefit the residents and the many visitors it has throughout the year. The National Events deck on Saundersfoot harbour has a life sized three masted heritage schooner. Engage in the history of the village, climb the rigging, outdoor cinema evenings, events and a safe fun area for children to try crabbing whilst watching the boats bob back in to moor. Take a dip in the refreshing sea, hire equipment or book a lesson for activities such as paddleboarding or simply sit on the golden sand watching the waves roll in. You can pick up the Pembrokeshire Coast Path to enjoy the most beautiful views from the headland and cliff tops or when the tide is out far enough you can walk across the beach towards Monkstone point and beyond or heading in the other direction towards Wisemans Bridge. Saundersfoot has lovely boutiques, cafes, pubs, restaurants and a butcher to peruse and indulge! Staying in Comfrey Cottage, you are central to the vast array of attractions and gorgeous beaches that Pembrokeshire has to offer.
Enter the property through the front door into the dining area, a large table and chairs for family meals and a sofa. The stairs near the front door leads up to the bedrooms and bathroom.
Lounge area: The living area has an electric fire and an abundance of soft furnishings to snuggle up with loved ones in the evening to watch a movie on the large Smart TV. The lounge also benefits from the lovely sofa turning into a sofa bed on request (please request additional linen on booking if you require the use of this).
Kitchen: This bright kitchen is a clean modern design. Ideal for a self-catering holiday with appliances such as washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, air fryer, gas hob and electric oven. Breakfast bar seating at the back of the kitchen overlooks the cascading garden.
Family Bathroom: A fun uplifting bathroom with double walk-in rainfall shower, toilet and washbasin with mirror over.
Bedroom 1: A relaxing double bedroom with an original ornate fireplace. A full-length mirror, side table and chair in the room create the ideal spot to get ready for a busy day adventuring.
