About this apartment rental
It's an impeccably clean and luxurious apartment, located in Villa Marina Condominium (in front of Villa Marina Yacht Harbor). Minutes from the complex you will find bars and restaurants such as Sal & Pimienta, Cinco Nudos and Pasión por el Fogón. For the most pleasant experience, the apartment is fully equipped with TVs & HD programming, air conditioning units in the living room & bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen, board games, WiFi and beach equipment & accessories.
The unit got everything for guest to have a wonderful stay. From beaches accessories and pool access to comfy beds and marine view. The apartment is completely remodeled with good taste to accomplish guest high standards. Also is fully equipped with kitchen appliances, bath & beach towels, beach chairs / umbrella / fridge, board games, washing machine, dryer, WiFi, HD programming and TVs in the master bedroom & living room, bathroom soap, shampoo, conditioner, Cleaning equipment and extra blankets . Unit consists of 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, balcony and living room with sofa bed.
You will have private & full access to all areas within the apartment (bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom, living room, etc.) and shared access to common areas such as the pool.
I'll be available 24/7 even though the self check in by guest is very simple and the instructions are clear and simple.
The unit is located in Villa Marina Condominium in front of Villa Marina Yacht Harbor; near bars and restaurants such as Sal & Pimienta, Pasión por el Fogón, Cinco Nudos, El Varadero and among others. It is also located 10 minutes from La Marina Puerto del Rey and 15 minutes from Kioskos de Luquillo, where there is always incredible food and nightlife. If you feel adventurous and want to have a closer contact with nature, you can go to the El Yunque tropical forest, which is 25 minutes from the apartment. You can also take catamaran tours, from Villa Marina Yacht Harbor just across the street from the unit, where you will be taken on a day trip or snorkeling to beautiful nearby islands like Icacos, Palomino even Culebra. Finally, the apartment is 5 minutes from Seven Seas beach and Hotel El Conquistador.
The apartment has three parking spaces available, it is recommended to rent a vehicle.
-Once you have rent you will need to provide us an email address so we can send the contract agreement that you must sign. Contract agreement contains the rules of the unit & complex.
1- The only guests that can be in the unit and in the complex are the number that was selected on the platform whose names were provided to the host which were registered in the complex.
Penalty fee: $20 per person per night.
2- After 10pm, noise and music cannot leave the unit; There are neighbors that live in the complex.
Penalty fee: $50.00
3- Respect the parking spaces of the neighbors. Guests will have 2 assigned parking spots.
Penalty fee: $50.00
4- All equipment (televisions, air conditioning and etc.) must be turned off at the time of check out.
5- No smoking inside the unit.
Penalty fee: $200.00
6- Do not jump from the balcony.
7- NO PARTIES ARE ALLOWED IN THE UNIT.
8- If any of the guest will have a pet during the reservation it must be registered on the reservation.
9- At the time of check out you must take out the garbage to the assigned space.
10- The magnetic seal and card for the pool has a cost of $ 100.00 for each device; if you lose it, you will assume the replacement cost.
11- It is forbidden to go undressed while walking through common areas of the complex; example Men cannot be shirtless.

Amazing view 🌄 transfers that island vibe of tranquility. The view in front of the balcony is priceless with the marina across the street and in the background the green beautifully mountains ⛰️

Apartment was OK as it was recently remodeled, but cleanliness was not "immaculate" as advertised. There was dust over the fridge, under beds and over other appliances. Coffee maker was found with used paper filter with white mold building over it. Could not access the pool as advertised on reservation (this was a big dissapointment specially for my kids). Contacted owner and I was told that pool couldn't be used due to repairs, and that I would receive a discount for the inconvenience. I have not yet received any discount after 2 weeks of staying and the owner do not return my messages. I filed a claim as I purchased the travel protection pkg with my reservation, but still appears as "Submitted". Spent 2 hours on the 2nd day of staying without water service. Areas around property seemed nearly abandoned, although there is a security guard on duty. Buildings were worn and out of shape needing paint and better maintenance. Road was pretty bad with lots of craters. I cannot recommend to stay in this property. Got deceived by the pics on the ad as the experience didn't go as expected. I recommend looking for other properties around Villa Marina like "Peña Mar" or any other to stay in this area.
