I fully understand when booking a budget hotel, there will not be the finest amenities and/or furnishings. I'm OK with old, but not ok with dirty. This hotel appears to be trying. There were some updates and the staff were kind. But it was dirty. I almost didn't stay but was tired and didn't want to fight for a refund. So I slept on top of the sheets and used my own pillow and blanket. There were loud neighbors, so we got up early and left at 0630. Breakfast was still closed.

Great customer service. Fair price for the area. Clean room with comfortable bed and pillows. The people in the room next door were super loud for 2-3 hours until someone must-have complained and then they were quiet. Would stay here again.

Really good ! The room was big, the bed comfortable. Overall it’s clean. The staff is good The parking is good and safe They are vending machines and ice machine I was in at the end of august, beginning of September but the pool was close all the time I was here

This is a pretty decent, basic hotel. The room was big and reasonably comfortable. The bathroom was small with almost no lighting in the shower, but I didn’t mind that. The only real problem was that the AC unit seemed to be hanging on for dear life. (To be fair, it was a hot day in the middle of July.) It would shut off as if it had reached the designated temperature, when it was clearly much hotter. I had to set it to 60 to keep the room at a bearable temperature, while I usually set hotel AC units to 72-74. I complained to the guy at the front desk, and he said the room would cool off over time, but he was kind enough to show me a second room I could switch to, but it was no better. So I would not recommend staying here in the middle of the summer if you run hot. But if you’re like me and tend to run cool, or if you’re not traveling during the summer, I think this is a good place for the price.

Friendly staff, check in was quick and without hassle. The room was clean and the AC unit kept the room comfortable. Very basic breakfast, but the coffee was good. I was traveling solo and felt comfortable and safe.

When i got to my room power was off within a few minutes it came back on. Room was very hot turned a/c on and left to get food came back 30-45 minutes later and room was still warm and the a/c was not blowing anything. Went to front desk the guy was rude so went nack to toom packed my stuff and left. I have stayed here several times with no issues. Very disappointed bit die to me booking 3rd party they didn't want to help me.

Promptly greeted and checked in. Room was big and bed was comfortable. It was difficult for both of us to get ready in the bathroom due to the toilet being right in front of the mirror. Pool was not accessible and the breakfast lacked protein!

I would only stay here again if someone held me at gunpoint. Although the staff was very kind and helpful, the hotel itself was dirty and I encountered many issues. I’m not usually one to complain unless I’m pushed to that point, I was PUSHED. I got locked out of my room several times and the lady at the desk had to call the manager to let me back in. I brushed that off as a one time thing, as the building looked old. I figured if it happened again I would just change rooms. The 3rd morning of my stay I woke up to a cockroach in my room. It was absolutely vile. I killed it, took photos, and asked for a room change. I got to my new room where the toilet was already clogged. I kept finding random bites on my arms and suspected bed bugs, so I checked after room service had cleaned my room and air enough, right on the pillow was a bed bug. ON MY PILLOW. Room service just left it there! There was no way they didn’t see it. Absolutely disgusting hotel. I was denied a refund when checking out because I booked through Travelocity. I’m calling first thing after the weekend is over to demand a refund. Stay at your own risk!!!!!

Staff checking us in was ok. I've stayed here several times. Never had issues was woke up at 3:30 am due to yelling and doors shutting. Beds were very Squeaky. Breakfast was not stocked so have to wait. Then went down again and very little to choose from. I will be staing again soon and and hopefully its a better stay.

We absolutely had no complaints. The outside was tidy and the parking lot clean. The lobby inside was nice and clean also. The front desk guy was very nice and helpful. Our room was also nice and clean. The bathroom is always a very good indicator to me of what the room is gonna be like and it was. We had a great stay and would choose this hotel again. It is not over the top with amenities or fancy, but if you are looking for a quiet clean room to stay, at a very affordable price, you won't be disappointed here.

They promised a pool, exercise room, Cable tv, and Wi-Fi but they had none of that of service. For both nights we were without all of the above. They offered no apology for the inconvenience or information about the service not being available at the time of check in. They waited until we got to our rooms and questioned them about it, then they told us that they were having problems with the services. I will never recommend this hotel to anyone or stay there again.
