The room was very stagnant. Room was filled with flies.
Bed was dirty, pillows were bare.
We ended up leaving at 10pm and driving home.

That’s the thing I never stayed there & theses people swiped my card anyway!! Now I’m fighting to get my money back

Checked into hotel and checked out after trying three different rooms.
Room one sink and tub unclean, black smudge in both and bed had multiple hairs on blanket and pillow and yellow stains.
Room two dead bolt did not latch.
Room three air conditioner did not work
Front desk worker was accommodating to room changes.
After contacting customer service with the above information a “ general apology “ email was received. No options given just a pre written email. I responded saying that was insufficient and that I have not received my refund. Per checking my refund receipt the refund was sent to a master card ending in 5008 , I have a Visa card . It was also for the wrong amount … sent another email to customer service

I just needed a quick getaway for the night. The check-in was smooth and the clerks where very polite. There was an issue with the ac in my room not working, but they switched my room asap and even upgraded it. I would definitely return.

Overall the experience was okay. The room was pretty outdated and not very clean, but there wasn't anything bad enough for me to request a new room. If I would have had to pay the difference in price between this and an IHG room in order to improve to those standards I don't think I would have.. and to me, that's what determines if it was worth the stay. That will depend on the person; I know people who would have definitely left the room right away (sticky remote, water marks on counter, several places with something on the surface that could have easily been wiped off etc)
I don't expect I'll return.. it was just okay.

The TV kept cutting out and not getting good connection. I think they should at least put shampoo in the shower. Staff was very kind.

Didn't get a chance to check into room because I was told that they didn't have a reservation for me and traveled that far to find out i didn't have a reservation. Very disappointed. Luckily there was other hotels in the area with vacancy.

These guys are especially fantastic. I travel to St. Louis every weekend and was looking for somewhere that would let me bring my pet, had restaurants and public transpo within walking distance, but wouldn't break the bank. Happened upon this place after seeing a nice cash back reward for it on retail me not. Gave it a chance and have been back every weekend ever since.
The good: It's right by Cracker Barrel, Dairy Queen, Taco Bell, and a 24 hour gas station. Vending machines in the lobby. It's a 3 minute walk from a bus stop and even tho that bus doesn't run on Sundays, worst case scenario it's a little over a mile from the bus terminal and I'm fine to walk. They always handle check in quickly and professionally, and even frequently give me the same room as previous stays. They've been very generous and patient with me when I needed last-minute early/late check in/outs. The area is safe for a woman walking alone, even late at night. Never had issues with noisy or rude guests. The floors are not carpeted anywhere, but I prefer the hardwood.
The bad: It's missing some basic amenities. No toiletries except a bar of soap. No hairdryer. The big one: no alarm clock. So no clock in the room other than my phone. And they knock to clean before check out, which makes me feel rushed. Last time my they ok'd a late check out (left @11:37) but had knocked 3 times by then to see if I was ready yet. But overall I'm very happy there & highly recommend it.
