I've stayed here before & regret it - NEVER again. Last time, I asked what time breakfast was & the man @ front desk said they didn't serve breakfast, "Wyndam said we couldn't serve breakfast anymore.". When I stated that it was advertised online, he said he tried to contact the advertiser "four dif times" and he couldn't get the ad down. This time, as soon as I initially walked into the room, there was a slight burning smell & the room was uncomfortably warm. I immediately called the front desk. Two people on duty came up to the room & I explained that I thought something was overheating- maybe the mini fridge or microwave? She turned the air on instead of the heat (which was confusing.. normally, a heater would be turned off when the room is cleaned, not run indefinitely) and said I could turn the heat back on if it gets too cool (Michigan freezing cold + extreme wind outside, it didn't take long). She said it was from the heater, but insisted she didn't smell anything, & left. I noticed after that there was about a quarter inch of dust on the heater. I went to bed, the room was cool by now & I put heat to the lowest setting I could- interface that would normally show the temp was broken. Smell is now back. I had to sleep @ foot of the bed- the headboard was "unclean". I woke at 6 am to use the restroom.. when I turned on the light, two roaches scattered. I should've asked for a refund, but I know it would have been another denial of responsibility. NEVER AGAIN.

Terrible. Do not stay here. Drawer missing in our night stand. Rubber type glove found on floor near bed. Outside door of frige dirty not even wiped down. Room smelled. Worst part when we asked what time breakfas t started guy said oh there is a problem and there is no breakfast for the next 3 days. Then the next day when checking out we complained and peraon at deak said they have told them before they need to take thatboff there site that they dont have breakfast. Then we met employee in hallway who said rhey havent had breakfast for a month.

This is by far the worst stay I have ever had in a Days inn/ Wyndham hotel. The room had not had a deep clean in many years. In addition, it appears the owners rent out most of the rooms to displaced families or long term guests.The only picture on this site that is accurate in the listing is the orange wall near the check in desk which is why I knew I was in the right hotel. Elevator does not work, coffee maker is available in room, no coffee, no breakfast is served (as advertised) as a matter of fact the room is closed up with equipment storage. If you are looking for a safe, clean place to spend the night this is not it. Not up to Wyndham standards at all. The pictures online show a clean basic place, it feels more like a half-way house with a lot of questionable guests. I would not have stayed here if I had been traveling alone. I was here less then 12 hours and could write a short book. This place is a dump.

Photos online lie. Walked in and the place was a dump from the get go. Got to room and even worse. Blood or something was splattered on walls, checked for bed bugs because the room was so gross. Was only there about 30 minutes and ended up booking a room at another hotel down the street! Place smelled like weed and was just disgusting all around!

The room was very unclean. I checked for bed bugs as soon as I arrived just based on the overall appearance of the room. While I did not see any evidence of bed bugs or roaches , it was very obvious that the rooms are not cleaned very well, stains on the walls, dirt on the floor where the carpet meets the wall, several outlets non-functional, exhaust in the bathroom made a terrible noise, furniture in poor condition, property smelled strongly of weed. Does not look at all like the pictures on this site.

The room wasnt clean. The bed sheets and the blanket were dirty and had body hair in it. The room was in need of repair(walls/floors/carpets) , there was mold on the bath tub. Had to ask for toilet paper and towels atbthe desk.

Very loud all night with people yelling and fighting. Toilet paper holder and towel holders were half fallen off the wall. Couldn’t use shower due to black mold.

I didn’t like the room the fact they said they had breakfast and didn’t. Asked for more towels and they didn’t give me any. Everything in the room was bunch in there no room to get around. Toilet ran the whole time and the tub was tanning also. The pool area was nasty.

I had to have surgery at a nearby hhosputal and needed a room for two days before i coyld travel. This hotel had animals and the elevater did not work and the facility was horrific. I did not even check into the place because i did not feel safe to stay there. I had to find another place to stay with an elevator, for my knee surgery. I would really like to be able to get refunded for this transaction if possible. I have never made reservations before on line and obviously i made a misstake. Please consider refunding my money as i am on disability and i have to pay back what i had to borrow for a decent place to stay. Thank you for your concideration.

We did NOT stay. Prior to our vacation we booked this hotel online because the pictures that were advertised looked clean & beautiful. Apon arrival the two staff members at the front desk were standoffish & didn't have the best customer service skills. They "upgraded" us to a kind size room & nonsmoking. When we entered our room it smelled like an ashtray of cigarettes & the room was TRASHED & DIRTY. The picture frame was broken, bed was full of stains & cigarette burns & the chair next to the bed was absolutely disgusting. Along with a lot of other damage. We got switched to another "clean" room and it was still just as dirty & not up to standards a hotel should be. Period. We got our deposit back but not our full room stay back & left to go stay at another hotel in the city that was CLEAN. Can we PLEASE get our hotel stay refunded or at least some sort of credit through hotels com???? This was our first time booking through this company & are very disappointed.

Dog feces on floor. Floor not vacuumed. Patio door was screwed shut and one panel broken. Glass all over the track. Mold in the bathroom. What look like feces on walls. Complained and they did nothing! Disgusting!
