The room wasn’t bad, however when pulling out a Kleenex, the Kleenex were wet, so we opened up the box in the holder to see why the box of Kleenex was saturated with mold, and the inside of the Kleenex holder had mold growing in it so bad that the Kleenex box became wet super gross

Good enough for one night. During the day it is all good but at night, lots of weird people hanging out in the parking lot and lobby makes this place a bit insecure. Also there was a guy screaming in the pool. Anyhow good option but don’t expect a family friendly place

The room itself was not bad, but we were told at check-in that if we wanted the room cleaned, all we had to do was ask. We asked three times in the morning before we left for our music festival, and when we got back, it still was not clean. That is unacceptable

THIS PLACE IS CONVINIENTLY LOCATED NEAR I-80. THE LOBBY IS GREAT. THE CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT IS ACCEPTABLE. THE ROOMS MAY NEED A LITTLE MORE "COMFORT" ADDED. THE ROOM BATHROOMS MAY NEED MORE "CONVENIENCES". THE AIR/HEATER MAY NEED MORE "FAN" POWER. THE CARDS TO THE DOORS @ ROOMS RANDOMLY FUNCTIONED AT TIMES. THE ICE MACHINES WERE ALL FUNCTIONAL ON ALL FLOORS. THERE IS A VERY 'WARM' AREA ESPECIALLY IN THE NORTHWEST END OF THE BUILDING THAT NEEDS TO BE ADDRESSED.

I pre checked in then the lady who checked me in basically made me redo my check in, for the price point I'd expect at least get breakfast in the morning I could have went and stayed at La Quinta and got at least juice for breakfast and half the price

Something to keep in mind is this hotel is a processing hub for military recruits. Which I think is a main reason the rate is ad high as it is. Staff was very friendly and helpful no matter what time I went down to the front desk. The room was clean and comfortable. I can see how parking might be a problem but we lucked out and got a spot out front each time.

Property was clean and convenient. There were no extra blankets (my mom was cold)... The room was pretty dark but the curtain wouldn't close all the way, the sliver of light was very bright since we overlooked the parking lot. The desk clerk when we arrived was very nice and got us to our room quickly. I wish there had been an included breakfast, but the coffee was good.

My first room was awful: stains on the carpet and side tables, dust webs in a corner by the window, a dead spider in another corner, a broken bathroom hook ... the elevator broke down one morning.... It was a lot. Management (very friendly) did the best they could: moved me to a new room, free grab-and-go breakfast, a late check out. My new room had a hideous and loud rattling coming from the bathroom vent that was never fixed, but it was definitely cleaner. The challenge, really, is with corporate. This location needs new carpeting, new furniture, and serious renovation. Nothing can change that it's right next to the freeway in a forgotten part of town, but if it were really nice it would bring many more customers with business at American River College just down the road (and maybe front desk staff would be more joyous). Ultimately, they tried, and I appreciated the effort. Corporate, please help these folks.
