We went to Edmonton to watch an Oilers game and chose this hotel for location. It was spot on. Lovely hotel and easy access to the stadium without having to go outside any buildings!

Limited parking spot was not good but everything was perfect.

The room was clean and nice. The beds were very comfortable, honestly the best hotel bed ever.

Comfiest beds I have been in for awhile. Spacious rooms. Front desk gentleman was so friendly and helpful. Very happy with our stay. We will be back.

Room was not clean, there was stuff on the floor. My socks had like food stuck to them after a while. Would not stay here again in this condition.

I was surprised in a negative way with the condition of the furniture and inside the room. The chair was broken, so it was uncomfortable. It should be replaced. The desk was so worn from just wearing tear over the years that raw wood was showing. They must get very rowdy individuals because they charge $75 a night (refundable) for damages which is comical because there is so much damage already. The large window had what seemed to be a leak between the panes of glass because there was so much condensation . Also there was an uncomfortable flow of cold air coming in from the window. However, the bathroom look like it had been renewed. The bed was very comfortable with lovely linens. There were no pamphlets in the room, indicating the amenities of the hotel or anything else about the hotel and the shopping district that was connected to it. The coffee maker was ancient. The pool area in inaccessible to people with physical disabilities. This hotel in general was just very old and the initial smell as you entered confirmed that.

Hotel is in central location downtown. Close to arena and city center mall. Hotel have a great restaurant(chop steakhouse) and the hotel is clean
Our flight was cancel and we were now leaving 10 hours after the schedule 6pm instead of 8am. Staff at the hotel Patrick and Austin are super friendly and was very accomodating allowing us to have a late check out due to the circonstance.
This is the place to stay. Very good value for your buck

Loved that we didn’t have to go outside to get to Roger’s Place. Lots of options for food.
A little out dated but very clean.

The convenience of the location to Roger’s Place was pretty much the only pro. The hotel’s limited parking meant we were sent to the Bell Tower parkade which had a terrible QR code payment system which had to be rescanned before 6am the next morning (brutal). Our room had an adjoining door and the guests next door had a room full of people partying until 3:00am on a Thursday night. We could also hear every time they flushed the toilet! The room itself was average. The parking and noise issues with the rooms would prevent me from booking here again.

The hotel is not very accessible to check in as parking is limited to a few spots just in front of the hotel. Parking was good except our friend who also stayed at the hotel got a ticket even though the parking was included. They didn't take her license plate # so she got a ticket. Our room didn't get cleaned as they said there was a door hanger on the bed that we were suppose to put out but there wasn't one. Thought there might be a little price adjustment but not! Almost think a good way to get out of cleaning?? There was a concert on at Roger's Place and the hotel was booked up. After the concert, the line up for the elevator was out the main entrance and took about 1/2 hour or more to get to our room. They only had 2 elevators working out of 3 and had closed the stairway going up. 26 floors and two elevators is not ideal. If staying here be prepared for few headaches with concerts/sporting events going on.

The parkade elevator was broken, so upon parking we had to walk up the service stairs into the building with our bags. Once we checked in the line up to the elevators was incredibly long so we asked staff where the stairs were. We were informed that there are no public staircase as we will need to wait for the elevator. Waited approx 10 min to get up to our room and another 5-7 min to get back down. When we returned for the evening the line up to access the elevators was out the lobby door into the sidewalk. Once again no one was able to use stqircae as it was “only for emergencies” it was at least a 30 minute wait to get into the elevator back into our room. All while the lobby was packed with patrons trying to get into their room. Was very anxiety provoking and stressful, not to mention a safety hazard. while the staff was very kind and did their best, it’s very disappointing that guests were waiting for so long for on access their rooms with no other option but the elevators, and one was out of order. I’ve stayed at the sandman many times and enjoyed it, but it’s very unlikely I will book again after this trip.

This was nice hotel, convenient to a lot of things. The restaurant, Chop, was VERY good. We were there to go to the hockey game and it was sooooooo nice to be able to use the closed in over the road crosswalks to go straight from the hotel to the arena without having to be outside in the cold!

Good hotel price point for attending events at Rogers Arena. Lots of restaurants very close by. We stayed on the 22 floor and could hear sirens at all hours of the night. Would definitely say here again.

everything was good , elevator was down to one of 3 so was a bit slow coming and going , enjoyed our stay , I would give a 5th star but when hotels don't have bathroom fans they dont get my 5th star ;)

Very nice, spacious room. Comfortable beds with nice amenities. 5min walking to Rogers Arena. Parking is expensive- $28 per night. Check-in was disappointing: they were quick, but did not provide any details about checkout time, pool location, etc. We then spent 15min to get an elevator to our room, as there was a massive lineup for elevators.
