Hotel is old & could use a facelift otherwise it was clean. Staff were good & friendly. Breakfast was very good.

Room was decent, breakfast area was great and good food choices offered. Close to stores and restaurants walking distance. Biggest drawback was walls seem thin and can hear people stomping around all night upstairs and of course the rude people in parking lot talking all night instead of going into a room to be polite to others trying to sleep. B+ total

When I checked in, he was very unfriendly and didn't know what time it was. When I told him it was 3pm, check-in time, he said "that doesn't mean theres a room ready for you." They must have been understaffed or disorganized. We got to our rooms and they were smaller than pictures, but I moved a chair to fit the pack n' play. Carpeted area under the sink which I thought was odd. Big, smelly stains all over the carpet. It felt gross, but we only booked 1 night. Went down to the outdoor pool and the hot tub was closed off and out of commission, which was a bummer. Main pool was fine, luckily for the kids. Breakfast wasn't up to basic standards. The waffle making machine was out of commission, no yogurt (even though there was a yogurt parfait sign), expired apple slices, no peanut butter, etc. The area park was full of tweakers and I generally felt unsafe, even at the motel. There's a huge gap in the concrete stairs where one of my kids legs could easily fall through--no way it was to code. The pictures online were nothing like what it was in person. I regretted not paying a little extra to go to the Hampton accross the street for my quick family vacation. It was gross.

Clean roomy place with pleasant staff but also a very dated property.

They had the whole parking lot blocked off for 2 days to reseal the asphalt. No warning for guests. This place is an old horrible motel with Best Westerns label thrown on it. Front office staff was great. Cleaning staff was scary. Room smelled like pets and urinal cakes. Its also a noisy property, as you can hear everyone. The a/c sounds like a diesel truck running inside the room. Breakfast was really good.

The gentleman Jess who checked me in understood that I was handicap and went and got ice for me, and he also got a patio chair so I could sit out front of my room. Outstanding service. His name was Jess.

Nice visit. A couple of restaurants and stores were in walking distance, along with 2 gas stations. Easy off and on to Interstate 5. Nice breakfast lay out. Would stay there again.

Very outdated, the room said non-smoking and it smelled like it was a smoking room. Very strong smell.

Okayish stay but the property is located just by a busy road so it can get noisy in the room.

Pros: smooth check in and check out, close to Wildlife Safari, close to hwy and gas stations, parking was not an issue, seemed pretty safe, room was clean, bed was comfortable (I prefer a firmer bed and thought it was okay), breakfast was pretty good for what it was (basic stuff plus sausages, mini omelets, and farmer style potatoes).
Cons: room smelled like dirty carpet, dated property, noisy pool people (not the fault of the hotel but you could hear it in the room), a little noisy because of all the traffic going to and from the businesses in the area.
Overall, pretty good for an affordable one night stay.

I was a little apprehensive when we drove up, as it’s an older property. I was so pleasantly surprised by its cleanliness, condition, and the super friendly and helpful staff. Our room was clean and comfortable, with a in-room minifridge and freezer. TV had every directv channel imaginable, including premiums. Breakfast was a cut above the standard free fare. Strip mall with a grocery store and gas station/convenience store are steps away. We stayed at the Comfort Inn in Roseburg the week before and we enjoyed this much more. I’d stay here again in a heartbeat.

I booked this property over others in the area based on the fact that they advertised a hot tub wit their pool. When I arrived to find their hot tub drained and behind tape, I was less than thrilled. Otherwise a good hotel and a decent stay.

I’ve used hotels.com for many years, but this is the first time I’m ever leaving a review.
This place was so gross, I actually left after paying. I just couldn’t bring myself to stay because I felt so dirty.
When I checked into my room, there were many stains on the floor & also on the bedcover. It must’ve been a long time since it was last cleaned because it was filled with dust — and you could even see dead skin on the lamps. The door handle was so dirty that I used my clothes to open it … and there were smears all over the outside of the microwave.
The toilet was clean, but the seat wasn’t secure—and there was hair in the shower.
The bathroom door had shoe scuff marks, paint was bad, there was wood kinda cut out of the door. It smelled like cigarettes (and worse—though I knew it was a pet friendly room, I didn’t expect it to smell as it did).
Rooms next door were playing music super loud.
I felt so uncomfortable, I ended up just leaving & finding a new hotel near Eugene.
I wish I could get a refund, but there was a no refund policy.

This motel did all the little things well. Towels at the pool, pet area and one of the best breakfast buffets I have ever seen.
