Can't fault the hotel, room was lovely!
Breakfast was great too.
I didn't realise it was in the middle of Time Square! oops! Quite busy outside... Happily stay again, I was over for a work trip.

Great hotel. Some snafus at checkin but besides that it’s in really great condition (rooms are newly renovated and beautiful).

The hotel and room were beautiful And I loved how technology Savvy they were. Only thing I didn’t like was that they didn’t have tea in the evening when I went down to ask for some camomile tea. Otherwise my stay was great and I loved it!!

3 star hotel at best. No amenities. No robes. No luggage racks. No water. Paper cups only. No bathroom amenities, except soap and shampoo. No room service. Small, inadequate market. Drapes don't close all the way, so always light. Being on Times Square the drapes need to close. Drapes only fully open or close, no partial opening. Small rooms. Unsure how they can have a 4 star rating. Definitely not worth the price.

Times Square is busy and full of life. Although the room was good, it was small. Staff very helpful and restaurant served us well.

Check-in was a breeze. We did not get the room that we reserved online but that was OK because we had a great view of Times Square. What I was annoyed by was we are a party of 2 and we only received bath towels for 1. Next morning stop house keeping and advised our room did not need to be cleaned but we just needed towels. Next day we were out enjoying the City we come back and guess what only one set of towels at this point it was close to midnight so I just delt with it and took a shower with hand towel (different from a wash cloth). Last thing that annoyed me is we travel with our own toilet paper house keeping discarded ours. We moved it out of the way so that they would not take it and they still did. Note to self place it back in your bag so that it does not get taken next time. Other than that the stay was great. I am a Hilton Member and unfortunately I will not get credit for this stay because it was booked through a third party but no worries I travel a lot.

I had a wonderful experience during my stay. The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms itself is beautiful and spacious. I got a taste of luxury for a low price. I love the city view not to mention the hotel is located in a great location that is walkable to tons of restaurants and bars. We will definitely be booking again

Where to start, hotel is absolutely stunning. Location is so close to main subway hub to venture further afield if you want to explore Manhatattan.

Overall lovely and clean hotel. We had an issue with our door at night and they had engineer onsite! Room service was daily and is probably available 24/7 because they delivered towels to me late. I saw the room next door from the couch - the staff was cleaning the window and she bent down to probably clean dust off the frame. This hotel is definitely attentive to cleanliness. I would say though that my roomed smelled like old people when I first walked in, but the smell dissipated when we came back from walking around.. or we got used to it. It's not the hotel's fault that they have smelly guests and I wasn't TOO bothered by it. If you were in any other city, I'd say the room itself is a bit overpriced. New York hotels are small. But the service was impeccable and you are right next to time square so I'd say this place is worth it. These poor staff are definitely used to kissing ass all day because I would try to be light-hearted to hopefully relieve them from being so uptight, but they were very professional at all times. The rooms aren't completely soundproof but more soundproof than your usual $180/night hotels. I got the the two queen bed cityview room, which the view was only ok since we were basically on the end of where all the fun is and I could only see towards one end of 7th street. It was fun sitting in their couch and seeing the flashing billboards at night. I love that they had two different layers of curtains that are controlled by switches. Highly recommend!

Hotel was in a great location right in Time Square so it was busy but a great starting point for tourists. Easy walk to Central Park (15mins) and the Intrepid Museum (20mins). Restaurant and Coffee shop in the hotel were extremely expensive but that’s not surprising given the location. Staff were EXTREMELY friendly and accommodating. We had a great stay!

i’ve stayed here a few times before and each time it was great but this time I definitely had the opposite experience and will not be back again. I also would not recommend it to anyone. I stayed 9 nights - a long stay and the staff flat out ignore you. Not one person helped with the elevator and the concierge stare at you and help everyone else around you but not once even tried to help me. I’m always friendly and smile but by the 5th day I just gave up. For someone spending a good amount of money on a hotel you would think they would be nice. My room was also incredibly loud and people bang doors all day and night so did not sleep a bit and ended up with covid so all in all terrible experience. I travel a lot and come to NYC frequently - I was disappointed at how much it has changed.
