The front desk receptionist was unsmiling and unfriendly. The halls in the building were very dirty. The breakfast was edible if you added a ton of salt and pepper to give it taste.

From the moment we walked into the door we were greeted, it smelt clean, and staff were friendly. Our room was very clean, super comfortable bed/pillows. They provided full standard Dove shampoo/soaps/lotion. It was very updated and nice. The restaurant was wonderful, a little expensive. They have so much, so convenient.

We had an AMAZING experience on check in! Very friendly & every area we "visited" had great staff! We were taken VERY good care of!!

Dirty, stains on multiple surfaces. Mold in the shower. Shower water puddled in the middle of bathroom. Beds were very uncomfortable and they werent actual queens. No cleaning service.

Check-in took almost an hour, the shower in the room was moldy on the perimeter and around the drain so we didn't use it. Charged for two breakfasts even though we had to leave before 6am and never went to the lobby where breakfast didn't start until 7am. Staff we did encounter was polite. Laundry machines and staff stated we could use quarters for laundry but the machines were card only. The QR code for machines didn't work so I had to go back up to my room to get a card to do laundry.

Have been to this location several times and also partnered with them as a group coordinator for several years. This time was very frustrating. Rude customer service from the second I walked in the door to check-in. I tried several times to turn the conversation around but it was the rudest experience with someone in hospitality that I have ever experienced.

The room and staff were lovely but the website has misinformation. It said the pool hours were 12-6 but they were actually 6.30am to 11pm. If I’d known that I could have timed my visit so as not to coincide with the busiest time and all the kids!
Room had an interconnecting door and the family the other side were VERY loud til about 11pm making getting to sleep difficult.

We explained this to Expedia and the front desk as we wanted to check out a day early. The front desk told us it was Expedia’s decision to refund us the last night, this is NOT true. The hotel MUST approve the cancellation.
They lied to us repeatedly about this being a hotel decision. They also told Expedia I was a no-show (??) and denied even speaking to Expedia.
I eventually spoke to Casey who was the MOD and couple times to explain my experience. She was extremely nice and said “no problem, I’ll just check you out”. I obviously believed this entire situation was resolved & left.
The next day, I received an email from Expedia saying that the hotel did not authorize the refund. I called Casey, she said “I said I would check you out, I never said I would refund you. The GM refused your refund.” What?!
** Please know: This hotel WILL NOT accommodate changes to any bookings made through Expedia or any Other third-party website.
** Book the Hilton Wilsonville. A night and day difference.

We reserved a regular room but were provided an accessible room in need of renovation/updating. The staff did not follow through on our request for a small discount. The bathroom was borderline acceptable as far as cleanliness. I would not recommend this particular Holiday Inn.

1st night no heat, tried to call the lobby and the phone didn’t work. Strobe lights due to the light bulbs burning out. Maintenance came up and plugged in the wall unit to get heat none of the controls on it worked so fan blew continuously. 2nd night no room service. I won’t stay again

Don't stay here if you have pets or you're from Cali, $75 for a 15 pound dog. Jason, the front desk guy, was good with everything until he noticed my CA DL. Facilities say remodel, but all they did was paint over the crap and put in some new light fixtures.
