It was the worst place I have been in since a Motel 6 10 years ago! We were a group of 6 rooms. 4 had to change rooms because of dirty bathroom, stained sheets, food in fridge/cupboards, heater not working, mildew smells. My room smelled like cigarette smoke. The counter people were like “oh well” thats what we have to offer. Don’t ever stay here!

This hotel was dirty. We found old molded bagels in the cabnet. There was dirt down the doors and fingerprints. Tv did not work. The manager was great but the other staff was rude and disrespectful. We had 6 rooms booked for our group. We requested them to at least be in the same sextion or floor, they stated no problem we have plenty availability and we were everywhere. We will not be staying at this hotel again which sucked because we have stayed here 4 other times prior.

The hotel offered a breakfast, not realizing it was a grab and go with paperbag with 2 pieces of bread with peanut butter and jelly. Individual cereal with milk and single juice. Pool was very high chlorine. Our door handle came off in my hand trying to get into our room.

Very friendly staff. Free parking. Quiet. Hotel is quite old and run down. It was a challenge to have a shower as the fixture needed to turn the shower on was broken. Nice to have the continental breakfast, but its not super appetizing. Brown bag style.

I booked my stay for two nights and paid online. I was not made aware of it be property’s newly adopted policy that they don’t allow “locals” to stay at their location. Management stated that locals are not considered good customers this time of year and therefore refuse service to anyone presenting a Washington ID.. Following my efforts with both the reservation company and the hotel itself, I still have not received any sort of refund for my almost $300 reservation that was discriminatively refused to me.

The staff are friendly and great. The pool and hot tub were great, but it’s really dark in the pool area. It looks like either the electrical didn’t work or all the bulbs need to be replaced. The room had great A/C and the beds were comfortable, but the floors were extremely dirty and there were splatter marks all over the walls. The place just needs a little updating and new furniture and it would be great.

1hr after breakfast started the gravy was gone and it wasn't refilled. Upon check out I Needed to speak to the front desk clerk and no one was there. I waited over half an hour and nobody came to help me and 3 other customers who were also waiting.

The price was right, but the property is in dire need of remodeling. Cleanliness is questionable. There are no shower curtains, the breakfast didn’t offer healthy choices like fruit and they didn’t even have eggs on the second day.

When we first arrived I went to brush my teeth and noticed that the water was not draining. Upon closer inspection I noticed what looked to be puke chunks of carrots and corn and I’m not sure what. They were prompt about sending someone up to fix it. But a cabinet door under the television was partially hanging unless you aligned it just so, hair dryer mount broken then looked like remedied with a single small screw. Went to gently remove the hair dryer and the complete mount just came off with it. Ceiling panels were partially broken and lifted. Bathroom musty with bandaid repairs. Shower curtain stained with a rusty mildew and looks like the bottom was cut. Door number looked to be ripped off and it looked as though there was blood splatter or at least something deep red on the back of the door handle. We were not offered another room or discount. Also pre booked with 2 adults and 2 children and only had towels and washcloths for two. We also found out a night in that the laundry room was not operational which we had also opted for so we didn’t have to worry about an abundance of dirty clothes to travel with, closest laundry was not in an appropriate area to feel safe with children. Hotel is also teetering on a sketch area. Positives was the friendly staff, parking, quiet, breakfast, pool, price and overall quality of sleep.
