The room was nice, it was just a place to lay our heads for the night. Room seemed updated minus the bathrooms. the toilet had some crazy looking cracks/stains looked more like and bathtub was outdated, but it did the trick. overall felt really safe at this hotel.

The room had not been updated in years. The toilet set was not installed correctly you had to set almost on the ceramic rim. Roaches! 3 times thank God for house shoe. Handicap Rm. DOOR! stuck, you had to kick the door with force to get inside. The hinged lever lock was a joke , you had to force it to get it off the knob. Dangerous for elderly in case if emergency. Loud parties in back area parking lot

It smelled like mildew.. there was pieces of fake eyelashes all over the place.. and light fixture just fell off the wall.. it had a screw where they tried to fix it.. well it didn’t work. Look elsewhere people!

I didn't stay. At the moment we entered the room we saw cockroaches all around the door. I lifted the sheets up of one of the beds and one cockroach was also there, alive. Wanted to call front desk and also the phone had the bugs around. The lady at front desk was very rude to me but I was just trying to understand how the reimbursement was going to work. Hope someone can see the video of Sunday around 2:20am.

The staff is THE WORST especially JUAN!!! That little pea brain mook thought he knew a thing or two and got schooled!! Tried to NOT give me the manager's name after calling me ridiculous!! So professional NOT!! And there was no,manager to talk to, CLAIMS he was the ONLY ONE on duty. What a joke place! DO NOT STAY HERE!!! ANYWHERE BUT HERE!!!

When we first checked in and arrived we noticed an immediate smell of mold. We went ahead and trued to open the window tot he room to air it out and it seemed to help at first but once the window was closed we were bombared with the smell of mold again. The room itself was clean however the carpet was extremely damp as was the bedding. There were multiple bugs crawling in the bathroom.

Do not let the pictures or location fool you. We stayed in room 205 and cranked the air down to keep the germs from breeding. I was disgusted with all the roaches. Barbara offered to move us, but nothing was available. We left the next day ASAP. I saw mold on the ceiling and dried blood on the bathroom door. The roaches and bugs grossed me out, and I couldn't sleep. I used my small, clean blanket from the car and wrapped myself for comfort and as a shield from bugs. I wanted to sleep in my vehicle. It was that bad. When I got home, I left my bags and washed everything. That place was disgusting.

Expedia charged my credit card forTHREE night when I only booked 1 night and said I would pay AT THE PROPERTY. Now I have to deal with management to get a refund. The TV was broken and the bathroom smelled like fried chicken all night which obviously the people in the next room were having for dinner. My clothes and the sheets and the floor and everything were damp from the humidity being pumped in by the a/c unit. No blowdryer. No refrigerator. I thought those were just standard amenities.

All the rooms I have inspected had a really bad moldy smell. Humidity was tangible. Carpet was soaked, mattress and sheets as well. I believe that the entire building has been flooded during the last hurricane. Elevator was out of order. I had multiple nights booked, I escaped after the first one.

The lady at the front desk come off as rude, but for absolutely no reason. Questions seem to irritate her. My biggest issue were the roaches. Not sure how a roach ended up in bed with me. This place is old and outdated. Finally the room didn’t have a mini fridge or microwave.

I was not able to check in. When I arrived the hotel did not have power. They told me I was not able to check in. Nobody notified me about this issue. I had a very hard time trying to find another hotel at the last minute. Hotels in the area were all full. Horrible experience.

Wasn’t able to check in. Motel wasn’t taking anyone in because of power loss due to hurricane Beryl damage. Had to get a room somewhere else.

Check-in was fast and easy. When walking into the room, noticed it was unbearably hot. Turned on the air conditioning to find it did not work. Informed the receptionist and found another room. Easy to transfer rooms and very friendly about the situation.
