Wasn’t what I was expecting from a Comfort Suites

The coffee was luke warm The toilet was loose to the floor There were old blood stains on the sheets

Nice place and a solid value.

Comfort inn, 2-night stay Room is clean, AC is robust (high temp of 104-108). Refrigerator works well, Microwave does its duty. Little coffee brewer provides a hot cuppa Joe in a jiffy. Bed is firm with a pillow like top layer. Lighting options are adequate. 110v and USB outlets are located at a desk (generously sized work area) plus both sides of the bed’s head post. WiFi is free and everywhere on campus. The bathroom is a tub and shower combo (watch your step) and sink-vanity are spacious and in good repair. Breakfast is posted as 0600-0900. Standard egg and sausage, waffles, cereal, juices, toast, plus a lot more snack items. Certainly, enough food to launch your day. Nothing amiss about the facilities or the amenities. Staff are super helpful. As a personal aside; when traveling, I miss telling my ‘smart speaker’ to turn on/off lights... . =Peace=

No deficiencies for a facility of this class.

Would not recommend staying at this location

Location

That I am being charged for a set of towels that went missing when they were set outside the door. We never got a new set the following day. The “hot tub” didn’t work and it had milky color grey water I’ve been calling for 3 days trying to talk to someone about the towel situation and I don’t get a call back or, I’m being told the two people who have access to the cameras, aren’t there.

Superb

Customer service was top notch! So lovely to work with!

My sons and their friends went to celebrate my son's birthday. They said the pool was extremely small. I showed them a pic of the pool from your website, and they said that wasn't the pool at the hotel. Wondering if you had another they didn't see? If not, I would suggest taking down that pic. Quite a disappointment.

Definitely will come back

The hotel is located nearby restaurants and shopping centers, the staff is very friendly, the rooms are clean, big, comfortable. Love the breakfast as well, and they have waffles in the shape of the state of Texas, that made my day.

Bathroom door was broken. Beds were uncomfortable pillow had no felt empty. Like it was just stuffed with cloth

I expected more based on the pictures, but it wasn't terrible.

The hotel was decent and provided a place to stay, but wasn't what I expected.

The bathroom door didn't close very well in our room and the fridge had rust on it and was wobbly. It was clean and nicely updated, but you could tell it had been a run down hotel before. Just a coat of paint on top. For the price, I expected it to be nicer.

Great for the weekend

More details or notice would help to find the hotel. We turned around twice since its located behind another business and construction right nect door.

The pool was small, jacuzzi was broken or hot pool. Pool.needed a cleaning and update.Room was comfy and relaxing.

There is only 1 approach to the hotel. You have to drive through a restaurant parking lot to get to it. At least 1 more access would make a big difference.

I booked 2 rooms. 1 wasn’t ready until after 4p and then that one had a bad smell in it. We were gone most of the afternoon thru late into the evening so it was very late when we got back to it & too late to move rooms unfortunately.

Gratuity

Location was great, not far from everything.

When we arrived, we were informed there was a $2/night gratuity fee that we HAD to pay before our stay! No other explanation or receipt.

Was for a bsiness trip more than OKAY

The rooms are very nice and clean. The employees are very friendly. The location is good close to many restaurants.

The breakfast is low standard. The fitness center is very small and has no bike available.
