Excellent check in, very friendly, lovely room, but would preferred the shower attachment to have been fixed rather than hand held, as bath very large and not green to use it. Good breakfast choice, but heated selection were cold. Check out great. Staff again excellent.

This is my second time staying at the Westminster and it is ALWAYS incredible. The views of the Mediterranean Sea are incredible, and the staff is ALWAYS so enjoyable! I was surprised to see that BOTH the glass of the elevator AND the window in the bar were BOTH still broken from last year. Overall, the quality of the amenities remained EXTREMELY high, the Spa requires reservations days in advance.

I recently stayed at this hotel and, unfortunately, found it disappointing. The rooms are quite small, and upgrading to a “superior” room doesn’t add much value—sticking with a standard room is likely a better choice. The hotel feels outdated and lacks modern amenities. I booked a queen bed but received two twin beds pushed together, which was uncomfortable due to the gap in the middle. Despite being marketed as a luxury stay, it falls short of that promise. The hotel’s best features are its convenient location near the city center and the beach. However, aside from these benefits, I wouldn’t choose to stay here again.

What a view! Just a great experience all around. Loved the breakfast. And for those of us whose high school French is a bit rusty, everyone spoke English, too.

Nice location on the promenade if you have an ocean view! Not the most updated hotel. The beds are very hard and the showers can use a refresh. Also no outlet in the bathroom. Overall, a good stay due to the location and the staff were friendly.

Very large room and bathroom. Great view with a small terrace. The bellhop, bartenders, resturaunt staff and day staff were very nice. Walkable to shopping , resturaunts, and the beach. Wish the sauna was included with the gym - there is an extra charge and schedule to use it.

The staff was incredibly helpful and patient with our questions. It was run very professionally and the food was amazing. The bar was convenient with friendly staff and the baggage staff was very knowledgeable along with the front desk people. All in all a wonderful stay.

Nice Sea View room on 3 floor with very annoying traffic noise 24/7. Requested a new room after first unslept night, the staff was helpful and responsive. Next night sleep was good. Good beds and a good breakfast with nice sea view.

This hotel is in an amazing location!! However it’s extremely dated. The room was tiny, basically a box with a bed. The washroom had the worst lighting, so dark. Staff were friendly. No iron in the room which is a nightmare after traveling 10 hours. It served its purpose but I probably wouldn’t stay here again. The beach is literally right across the street.

Great location on the beach and the view from our room was beautiful. There was no coffee maker in the room and some of the staff specifically the ones later at night are rude. One laughed at me if they had snacks for sale. Another night the revolving door was barely working and the staff didn’t help with finding a way to enter after getting stuck in the door.

The AC was broken in our room. We spoke to the front desk and they sent someone twice. It never worked and it was very hot that day. We sweat and couldn’t sleep most of the night. Very disappointed that nothing was done to make it right for us.

Air conditioning in our room was little to non-existant. Asked personnel several times to check it out. They did review the AC unit but said it was working fine. It ran constantly but I dont believe that the temperature ever reached below 80 F. I asked several times for the use of a fan in the room but received no response to this request.

The staff at Westminster couldn’t have been kinder or more accommodating. The room was small but the view and the convenience of the location more than made up for it. We felt it was worth the price for where it was located and the high season, very pleased with our stay!
