We just stayed for one night. Front desk staff was outstanding and room was very nice. Parking was terrible and parking ticket isn't included with the room. I had to wait for garage to clear from previous night guests while they were at the game. Paid for a lot down the street for $45 and when I did get to park in lot attached to hotel, it cost another $23.

Staff at front desk were rude. Called 2 days prior to verify rooms, got there and they didn’t have our rooms and then charged us $250 more then our reservation from hotels.com indicated. They gave 2 of our rooms breakfast comp cards, and not the other two. When we went and ask for ours they continued to be rude and the last day wouldn’t give them any. Same went for parking pass, one day they validated for free, next day wouldn’t give. Rudeness continued daily! Not impressed at all on how my family was treated. There was one guy at front desk that did get price down to where it was suppose to be but only friendly one there. For $15 breakfast, was not impressed. A basic hotel breakfast.

Went for a concert. Concert was canceled by 9am. Tried to cancel the hotel diespite check in being at 4pm, they refused to csncel and charged me both nughts.

I stayed on the 14th floor and it was absolutely amazing. One if the better hotels I’ve stayed at.

We stayed here on a husker game day. Tried to check-in around 4 and were told we wouldn't be able to check-in until after the game. To make matters worse we also weren't able to park in the garage and had to park 6 blocks away. So, after the game we had to haul our luggage 6 blocks back to the hotel at 11:00 PM and waited in line for over an hour to get checked in as everyone was checking in at the same time since no one could earlier. When I get the email receipt the next morning I saw we were overcharged by $163. The front desk staff said they weren't able to fix this but told me to email the GM.

Parking garage was awful could barely get my car in. Was told check in was at 4 and when I went to check in I was told I couldn’t check in until after the football game. (11:30 pm). Reserved a king bed and got 2 doubles and then was double charged for my room. Will not stay again.

Who would pay that?! I was extremely upset. We checked our bags at 4pm. And then we didn't get checked in until around 11. We were hot and extremely exhausted. When asking the lady at the front desk. She goes " yah some people got the email some didn't but this is how it is every game day". Well when you come from out of town, and that isn't said on the listing when you book the room ..it's a bit upsetting and the customer service was awful. You had a lobby of upset people some of which who had been tailgating and drinking all day. I didn't feel super safe either. Forget the fact that you jacked up the price because it was game day, but you didn't even let us check in. Extremely upsetting and honestly doesn't seem legal. I got a notification that said see you at 4 pm ..got there at 4 only to be told sorry not sorry it's game day

The hotel clerk said they were detached from Hilton so they no longer had hotel parking. They did not serve a complimentary breakfast. On checkout, the hotel clerk validated the parking for the woman in front of me but would not validate mine. He said it was a special circumstance. Add $23 to your bill per day for parking and $15 a day for breakfast as that is what the attached restaurant charges per guest for breakfast.

We got to our room and it had not been cleaned. I tried the front desk numerous times (5-6) no one answered. We found someone in the hall (these lady’s work so hard and we were very grateful they took the initiative to help us),and got our room clean. Thank you house keeping!! Granted we were an hour early from check in time. But never had a problem before.
Overall, it is a great place to stay. Mostly, I want to thank house keeping, they probably handle so many things, put out fires that no one knows about. They probably have more contact with guests than the front desk. They put up with a lot and deserve a raise!

Have stayed here several times since they have opened and enjoyed it, likely my last time at this property. My husband and I arrived with our teenage daughter and were told that they could no longer give us our two queen room but instead only a single king, when I explained how creepy and unreasonable it would be for all of us to sleep in the same bed, we were give a roll away that was dropped off unceremoniously. The mattress on it was covered in yellow stains and we were only given a pile of flat sheets to make it ourselves, no comforter or blanket. There were tiny gnats throughout the room and it smelled HORRIBLE. When I mentioned that, a lady came up and blasted aerosol freshener around and then left. I heard that they had over booked the property on a Husker football weekend of all times and many people with valid bookings had to be "walked" to other hotels. Was probably a gift, hope their stays were better elsewhere.

I made a reservation for 3 rooms with Orbitz several months ago. Apparently the hotel canceled my reservation a month ago, I was never notified. On arrival to the hotel, they were sold out and unable to accommodate 2 of my 3 rooms. In my Orbitz account, my reservation was still “active”. Was a very frustrating situation.

A cute hotel with its own character. We learned upon check in that they were recently acquired by Hilton. I hope this is the change they need to get everything updated as it's been less and less quality each time we stay. This time, the (instant) coffee packets they supply in the room had obviously been wet or damp at some point - instead of loose grounds it was clumps of coffee that were once wet and now dry and crumbly. The rooms are so dimly lit that it was hard to get work done. And, for some reason, I was booted off their internet twice while I was simply trying to do my business work. I received some message saying I was "Quarantined" due to "malicious or violation of purpose of network" and I was kicked offline. I was only updating my website for my business at the time. If you're in Lincoln on business travel, I don't recommend this hotel.

Front office staff was terrible. Especially young blonde with rude tone. Room was not clean and parking garage was too tight! Only good thing it was close to stadium. Music from street was loud and played all night long.
