It was a mini apartment. Very clean and comfortable. I also felt very safe there (downtown Minneapolis can be a little sketch) as keycard was required to enter lobby and to use elevator. Amazing place to stay!

This was my first time at this hotel - I chose it because it was close to the State Theater, where I was planning to see a show, and was the best price point of hotels close to it. Wow. Really clean, friendly staff, good free breakfast in the mornings, and the room was large and the provided desk was huge with a large power strip on it! First hotel I've been in that actually had outlets in a way that says "We understand people travel with a lot of electronics nowadays". All that AND it has a full size fridge (with ice maker! Making real ice, not hotel ice!), a stove, and enough pots and pans and utensils to make it work. I think this is going to be my new favorite downtown Minneapolis place to stay.

They lied to me about the room and said that it had an oven and it didn't have an oven

The property itself was great. The staff was friendly, very clean, and the hot breakfast was very good. The only negative with our room, absolutely no view. But they may offer rooms with a view if that is something that is important to you.
Safety was a concern around the property.I know big cities can have unsafe areas, so this was not a huge surprise. The area was well policed at almost every corner. In one day we witnessed 3 OD's, and another a huge fight early evening around 8pm. Be aware if walking on the street level. When in doubt grab an Uber or Lyft. I wish we had looked into the skywalk system more as that seemed pretty safe the one time we utilzed it.
Note- There are some very nice stores and high end restaurants in this area. So this is not to deter anyone, just be cautious!

Perfect stay for me. Had a kitchen so you could chef it up after the check in and it made me feel at home. Views were amazing and staff was super friendly and attentive! 10/10, I will be back.

Parking was a little difficult, but once we found the Lasalle garage everything was easy and well marked. Walkable to many dining and drinking establishments. The full kitchen was a major bonus.

Was a great top end type hotel however the breakfast was same as most other hotels. Maybe my expectations were high since everything else was so nice. It wasn't bad, just was hoping for more!!

All employees were helpful and friendly. Felt like safety was a priority. Our room was clean and well-stocked. Parking is $23 a day but worth it in a monitored parking lot just around the corner. Able to access Target Field using the Skywalks. Nice when our concert was over after 11pm and we didn't have to navigate traffic. Would definitely stay again. (We could hear the kids from the daycare on the lower level playing outside on a rooftop playground during the day - we loved it). The ONLY complaint we might have is if you are in the living area and the AC kicks on, better have a blanket around.

I didn't like having to pay an additional $50.00 upon check in for parking and incidentals as they called it. Why isn't this something that wasn't included upon paying or told about that it would have to paid upon checking in. The bed in the room had hair on the sheets. The bed was also so hard to sleep on it made for a restless sleep and sore body the next day. I've stayed at cheaper places and had better rest and not made to pay additional fees.

Breakfast was a bit lacking. Tv worked once after maintenance came and replaced a cable then stopped working again.
Room was clean and quiet and comfortable. Easy walkable distance to the US Bank stadium and lots of shops

It was a very chill property. Large and comfortable suites

The room was nice and clean but the mattress pad and fitted sheet came off the bed a few times during the night.
Breakfast could've been better because when we arrived for it, they were out of eggs, orange juice and coffee, along with half/half and milk for the coffee. Eventually the eggs, juice and coffee got replenished but the coffee dairy products didn't during our entire meal.

I only marked down one aspect of the property. As a wheelchair user, having automatic doors would be great. However, given the nature of the house less population, I understand why there are no automatic doors. This can be rectified by having a doorbell that would call the front desk each time someone needed help. The staff when they saw me were very attentive to my needs in my wheelchair and that is wonderful!

Everything was great except the hotel advertises pet friendly, charges $100 per pet and there is NO place near for potty breaks. Nearest grass is .5 mile away. Made for an interesting, not so welcomed trip with a 5 month old puppy.
