To start: Nothing in kitchen to use, no ice bucket, phone not working, 2 lights not working. The breakfast was horrible - coffee and a few nutri-grain bars. Sad!

I stayed here and paid a 100 dollar deposit at the hotel. After some time, I called in regards to my deposit. I was told twice that my refund was coming and it never happened. I disputed the charge with my bank and they sent back it was for the room when I booked through Hotels.com. I do not recommend this place to anyone.

When I arrived late afternoon, there was no one to check me in. Someone from cleaning staff said to yell loudly and some one will come. I tried that; no one came. I searched around and finally found some one on a smoke break who checked me in. Then one elevator was down and the clerk did not give me good instructions on finding the other elevator. When I finally got to my room down a long hall, my plastic key did not work, so I had to retrace my steps, with luggage, to get one that did work. The room itself was fine. The grab-and-go breakfast was nothing more than dried oatmeal packets.

We were there seven days, no housekeeping until 7th day, no blanket on bed. Had kitchen, no kitchen stuff provided, not even coffee maker. All had to be "ordered" at front desk, apparently for a fee. Was charged a deposit that we had not been informed of. Room had to be checked before checkout. Stayed at other extended stays and never had these issues. Very small room. Not very comfortable for any length of time, sleep service at front desk.

We paid to come swim for an evening w.our daughter and the pool was broken. Said it hasn't worked in over 3 years. The coffee tasted like water, no real sugar, and the only breakfast were oatmeal packs. My kid was excited about swimming and breakfast, so instead of enjoying her last weekend of summer break, we dealt with disappointment.

I showed up early in the morning and was denied access to the property after they told me I was 15 minutes too late in order to have my room. There were signs posted in the parking lot not permitting guests to park there because of asphalt work that would continue. Despite discussions with the front desk and a 1- 800 number me and my son were not able to gain access and ended up sleeping in a car as all other hotels in the area had been fully booked. Not only did this hotel deny my reservation it canceled the next two nights forcing me to find alternate options in anotherwise Very busy weekend. The front desk and everyone involved was entirely unhelpful and people were lounging around the outside of the hotel early in the morning. I could not in good conscience recommend this property to anyone avoid at all

You probably don’t want my review but I’m going to give it anyways. We came down there for my son who plays baseball. I called the hotel to let them know we will be checking in late and they said that’s perfectly fine I even said around the time we would be there. We get to the hotel and they gave away my room it was 12:30 in the morning and I had no room to put my child so he could get sleep.

Where to begin on this disaster of a stay. When booking this property it is not made clear that there is an additional $100 hold placed on your account, they said the third party should have notified us of the additional charge for incidentals but they didnt. This was inconvenient but far from the worst thing about this trip. We were booked for two nights, we were told we could check in early, so we arrive early with our 1 yr old and were then told the person we spoke with was wrong and our room wouldnt be available till 3. Which, ok, we booked were book for that time so all in all, more minor inconvenience but not catastrophic. We finally get checked in and ive stayed at plenty of extended stay when i traveled more for my profession. Ive never known them to charge for things like dishes (extended stays only) in the room or a coffee maker, or that you ever had to request any of that stuff. Its always come standard, well not here. As we tried to go to sleep for the night the room above us was blaring music and seemingly wrestling around upstairs. I went to the front desk and asked is there a quiet hours policy, there wasnt, but she said she'd call up there. The music and partying continued till one in the morning and only stopped after another trip to the front desk and then up to the room above to ask them to quiet down. Needless to say we didnt sleep well. This story could go on but im out of characters. Moral of the story dont stay here.

The room I stayed in had a really bad odor. Almost like burnt on grease. The staff was no where to be found and the lack of attention to the customers was a problem.

The room was spacious, but the walls were very thin. We heard lots of shouting and fighting in neighboring rooms and stomping and very loud noises on the floor above (and all around). Upon checkin, I was told if I needed fresh towels, to bring them down to the front desk and they would exchange for me. After our all day lacrosse tournament, we all wanted showers so we brought our towels to the desk to exchange, where K was informed that j would have to wait for them to wash and dry them and get them back to us, which would take 2 hours. It was late and we had to leave early the next morning, so we were stuck reusing wet towels. Also, they advertise free breakfast, but all they have is granola bars and coffee, which is NOT breakfast.

After check in, we tried to use fhe bathroom where we found that "dirty towel" was given to us. When we asked for a replacement from the front office, we were told that the hotel would not provide a spare of any clean towel. This a horrible experience staying in a hotel that provides you with a dirty towel. We checked out in the next day although our reservation was for three night. We only expect that we will get a refund for the remaining two nights that has not used.
