This place is in dire need of a total renovation. Stained carpet in the room. Drab colors. Just not a pleasant place to stay.

We had a 2 room suite. It was very nice & the bed was comfortable. We used valet, nice employees & fast service. We also used the shuttle service to go to Broadway. The driver, Matt, he is a local & very helpful on places to go. The shuttle service was also fast service. Would definitely stay again!

The hotel itself, as well as our room, was perfectly clean. However, the area directly outside the entrance was abysmal. It constantly smelled like cigarette smoke, there were cigarette butts all over, the couches where people might sit and wait for the shuttle had many burn holes, etc. Even the planters that housed the plants (which didn't look very attractive) were old and poorly maintained. Overall, standing in that front area was just very unpleasant. I would suggest making that area a NO SMOKING area. A good power washing and some new furniture and planters would do wonders for that area. One other issue I had was when I left a note asking housekeeping for two glasses to be left by the sink in the living room. When I returned to my room there were none. I called the front desk and the person said they would have housekeeping bring up a few. I explained that I was going to take a nap, and to please have the housekeeping staff leave the glasses outside the door. I hung my "Do Not Disturb" placard on the door handle. About 15 minutes later, just as I was falling asleep, someone began knocking very hard on the door saying, "HOUSEKEEPING." She continued and continued. She then used her phone on speaker to call the front and explain that I wasn't answering. She must've been told to just leave the glasses outside and at that point she left. What is the purpose of having a DND placard if the staff is going to pound on the door? It was very frustrating...

Loved everything about it—the beautiful suites, the incredible breakfast bar, the evening reception, the cleanliness and the shuttle service. Was not the happiest about a parking charge, but would definitely recommend to anyone!

The hotel included a complimentary shuttle downtown which was a great perk

Embassy Suites Nashville at Vanderbilt is a fantastic place to stay. The staff is friendly especially the kind shuffle drivers. Breakfasts were delicious and the property is very clean. Will definitely be back!

Location was great. Transportation a plus!

My husband and I like to stay at this property when visiting our son that attends Belmont University. We enjoy what the hotel has to offer, breakfast and evening reception, close to school and downtown, the shuttle service and how close it is, if you do not have a car, to the local restaurants and bars. Clean rooms, nice employees

Location was perfect and shuttle service was a major plus. The reception was very helpful, the drivers were excellent providing insight on what we could expect heading down to Broadway.

Easy access to downtown via bus or uber. Excellent Breakfast places nearby and a Starbucks within walking distance. Hotel was quiet even with the bars on Division St behind the hotel being busy on Friday and Saturday nights.

Wonderful breakfast; great location; a bit pricey but worth it. Shuttle was a welcome perk.

The breakfast buffet was great. More than the breakfast was dinner at the restaurant/bar in the hotel. It was amazing! Don’t sleep on the food you will be shocked it was sooo good.
