The staff were all amazing! So helpful and nice. The breakfast was lovely, well stocked, lots of options and very clean. The pull out bed was in rough shape in our room though so two of us shared a bed instead. Other than that no complaints

1st trip Nash! nights. Hotel is in a perfect location. Rooms are big, bigger than normal. Full kitchen use with Fridge dishwasher and stocked with dishes. Very nice! Plenty of walking distance to ALOT of spots to eat, drink and enjoy live music or just standard music. 10mins from Broadway 17mins to Grand ole opry drive. Three nice sit down restaurants within a half block. In lobby snack shop including a small offering of alcoholic beverages. Breakfast was the biggest spread I have experienced yet being a Bonvoy member. It was very pleasant. We never made it to the indoor pool or gym (lol) who does on a NASH trip anyway!? The lobby was a nice with comfortable seating tv and office availability to use if needed. The ONLY downside to my trip at this hotel was we arrived literally just before midnight & they checked us into a floor level that the HVAC system wasn't working. We weren't told until we addressed it on our 2nd night. We ultimately had to get all our stuff and move to another floor to resolve the issue. That was a little drag but it worked out in the end. Last morning of check out, I called to see about a late check out and they allowed an extra hour. I definitely would stay here anytime I return back to NASH!

We cannot praise the staff highly enough, fantastic service from the first minute, it's got to be the best service we have ever experienced 😀 😃😃

A good 25min walking to the fun zone.but you get to walk past The White Castle for that late night beef slider. They are great

Good middle point between Vanderbilt University and the bars on Broadway. A little over a mile walk to those bars, $10 Uber ride back. Our room was perfect for our needs. Our window faced the east so we had to deal with the morning sun rise. Although they provide room darkening curtains, the sun still casted light at the top. Breakfast was good. Only two egg choices every day, scrambled and an egg white omelet that was shaped like a taco. Meat options changed daily. Sausage, turkey sausage, chicken sausage, andouille, and bacon were rotated. Must say, the blonde hair lady who continuously restocked & cleaned the food area was phenomenal!!! She was warm, friendly, and helpful to everyone she encountered. They are lucky to have such a dedicated employee.

The bed was extremely uncomfortable. The toilet leaked continuously on the floor. I was also charged a 110.00 fee no one mentioned, which I will be calling . My wife is in the hospital and having to pay right at 300.00 a night for a run down sucky room just doesn't sit right.

If you're looking for a place to stay residence in West End Vanderbilt is terrific, the staff is great and they serve a hot breakfast every morning. I found the parking fee (daily) a bit high and it's not that close to walking distance to some attractions, you will NEED a car to get a around but the hotel, worth staying in.

Great spot. About 25 minute walk to music row. Very quiet area and safe to walk at night. Clean rooms. Free breakfast in the morning was great. They even had gluten free muffins and bagels!

This property is shabby at best. The lobby is ugly and dated. Check-in did not recognize us as Bonvoy members.
By far, we had the worst mattress we have ever slept on; I will describe it as lump hard soft with crater in the middle.
Enough said? I would never recommend this property.

Seedy, shabby lobby. Check-in not good. Worst mattress ever slept on. Will never recommend this property.

Super economical and conveniently located option. Stayed for a week for a bachelorette party and the kitchenette was a MUST! The breakfast was simple but good and the staff were always friendly. The location is perfect, across from The Cookout and a block from Hattie B’s and a group of amazing bars and restaurants. Loved the through access in/out of Springhill Suites. The area felt very safe too.

Overall stay was nice & enjoyable other than smoke alarms going off for no reason one night at 1:15 a.m.

Very nice hotel, relatively inexpensive compared to the rest of downtown Nashville. Short ride to major downtown activities and quiet area at night. If you want to be right in the middle of downtown this is not the hotel, but if you want nice, affordable with a few walking options this hotel was perfect

As promised , parking was additional 40 dollars and very tight garage. I’m glad I didn’t drive my full size truck .

Breakfast was a bit hit and miss all good but coffee station needs a rethink as a few times it was barely warm.

Room was very clean and spacious. Good breakfast. The beds made my back ache when I woke up though. Beware of the parking fee.

Good accommodation given the price. Walkable to city centre. My only criticism is the breakfast. Good for 2 days but after that no variety. Don't offer fresh bread. Omelettes ans scrample eggs tasteless. As for the usa version of sausage....

This is a great spot...not as close to the music/bars end of Broadway as I thought. However, it is a cheap uber ride to that end of town, or a restorative walk (about 1.1 miles). It's about the same distance to Vanderbilt in case you need to go there too.
There are some great restaurants close by and it's a 8 minute walk to Music Row. Staff is super helpful and friendly. It's convenient having a kitchen in the room. We instacarted some groceries...

Very friendly genuine reception staff, except for a gentleman at reception a bit later around 11pm or midnight who does not make any eye contact with you as you walk in and does NOT GREET. I had to initiate it and when I asked "How are you?"..the guy just replies "Good" withput saying thank you or asking me back how I was. I thought he was having a bad day or evening but the next day it was the same thing again. So on the thurd day I just greeted him and did not ask him how he was. Nice breakfast. The lady responsible for breakfast is extremely polite and always has a smile. My only issue is on Day 1, I noticed there were stains on the bedsheet. Now that might have also been a pre-existing stain but they still should be looking out for this before using it and discard stained ones. In any case I reported it just before having breakfast to front desk the next day and a well-suited front desk super polite gentleman apologized and attended to it immediately. When I went upstairs after breakfast the sgeets had already been changed. There ard also stai x on their couch in the living room but I did not report that. Anyway some things are excusable and some are not. I like to be reasonable and not too demanding. I just want good basic hygiene. Period. Good location. A bit of a long walk (25mins) to downtown/Broadway but a nice walk nevertheless. I would recommend but just keep an eye on bedsheets.

Property was clean, quiet and close to downtown, would definitely stay again.

Quiet, clean, friendly staff. Dated in room decor.

The two hotels are joined by a parking ramp but not easily accessible from where you can park. We opted to risk being pn the street right outside the front door and used the side entrance for our dog. Room was decent, larger than expected with full fridge and kitchenette.
10.0
It's tiny bit far from Broadway but if walking isn't an issue for you, then walking there shouldn't be too bad. Ubers/Lyft to Broadway were always well under $10.
We were hoping to use the BCycle service to get around but it turns out they don't have helmets, so opted against.
The breakfast in the hotel was excellent - eggs, sausages, potatoes, cereal waffles, baked, goods and they typical continental stuff.
Staff were great, room was good, no complaints!
A nice hotel with a great value to be close enough to the action.
